  1. Volvic touch of fruit strawberry flavour drink. Tried taking it straight and just couldnt do it. It knacked my throat and its still hurting a little now. Take it in volvic flavoured water and I hardly notice it. How have you found it for you GrimZ? I also apply it topically to affected areas, mizing it with half water.
  2. Finally found something that ACV is tolrable with. What is the dosage everyone is on? I'm going to start taking it from today. I've had one tea spoon today.
  3. Ok so I managed to track down some ACV. Here's the product I bought. ACV What is the recommended dosage? And should I put some on topically? Here's a picture of my acne. Its mild, but sometime i have good days and some times I have bad days. I'm a long term sufferer, I've had acne since 15 I'm now 23. Its frustrating more than anything, doesnt do my confidence any good at all. pic1 pic2 pic3

  6. Thanks for your reply Thats a lot of foods to cut out! Would a food alergy test indicate the intolerances to such foods?
  7. Ok so i keep hearing cut out Wheat, Gluten and Diary and our skin will look better, but why? I'm going to give it a try for 3 weeks. What foods exactly include Wheat, Gluten and Diary? And what foods can replace them? As youl be missing out on nesessary vitamins and nutrients cutting out stuff such as milk and bread right?
  8. ok here's the low down. I'm 23, pretty much had acne since 15. Ok last couple years its calmed down, but its still there annoying the hell out of me. I wouldnt say its serious. Most of my spots are whiteheads. At times my skin is really clear then all of a sudden I have an outbreak and have like 5 or 6 active spots. Its so frustrating. Which makes me wonder how can my skin be pretty clean one day then 5 or 6 spots the next. Could it be food related? or certain foods causing it to flare up more?

  10. Thanks for the replies. Could anyone suggest a new skin routine for me to try. I havnt really applied any creams to my skin for about 6 to 8 monts. For as long as I remember I've been using clearasil ultra twice a day, but it does seem to dry my skin out quite a lot. I've tried other products such as oxy and neutrogina with the same effects, drying out my skin. I dont moisturise, as I seem to think it will only make my skin worse and clog my pores. want something new to try.
  11. I wouldnt say my acne is bad its just annoying and effects my confidence at times. I'm weighing up my options before going on accutane. What are the pros and cons to it?
  12. I've had acne since I was around 14, I'm nearly 24 now and to say I'm piissed off would be an understatement. I've tried all the treatments under the sun from antibiotics to creams, altho I've yet to try accutane. I wouldnt describe my acne as serious but its just annoying more than anything. I have times when its really good and times when its what I think is bad. I clense on the morning and night, I mainly use clearasil. I exfoliate once or twice a week. I'm sick of putting creams and stuff on
  13. Every now and then I get spots right on my spine. Its very annoying and uncomfartable. Does anyone else get this and what remedies do you suggest?
  14. Right nearly a month in and I'm seeing good improvements. I still get the odd white head but thats got to be expected. Everyone does. I have just been using differin alone for 2 weeks. This may have slowed down the healing process, who knows. I'm going to docs at the end of the week to get prescribed minocycline. I havnt been on this antibiotic before, so ill team it up with differin.
  15. Half way into week 2. Nothing much to add to my last update. I've found very good improvement with differin. My skin is much clearer. One the downside, I've had a allergic reaction to trimethoprim. I came out in a rash which has now faded since I stopped taking it. I'm not sure whether to go to docs to get another antibiotic of just stick with differin.
