  1. If it doesn't conflict with any part of your diet/regimen, then try drinking 2 tbs ACV in 250ml of fresh orange juice. You can barely taste it, it just makes the OJ every so slightly sharper.
  2. Does anyone know where you can get good organic raw (or with the pulp in) ACV in the UK. I have checked my highstreet and I can't find any. Can you buy it cheap online anywhere?
  3. When you say that you should try to cut out sugar, does that mean that too much fruit (naturally occuring sugar) is bad for your skin?
  4. I've only been using the SA for a couple of days, but I just had to post that already the skin on my face feels wonderful! Like smoothness I've never felt before, I can't stop touching it! lol I can't says anything about red marks or acne yet though, it's too soon.
  5. Brandy, I've just started using AHA this week, and I find the skin cells peel off my face almost immediately. Doesn't this mean that the BP that I've just applied is also coming off? I doesn't make much sense to me to apply the AHA straight after the BP for that reason. Could you explain why? Thanks
  6. I want to know the answer to this too! If AHA exfoliates you skin, shouldn't you apply it before the BP, otherwise the effect of the BP might be reduced?
  7. I came here to post about this and I see that it has already been mentioned. I do like the bottles, but the problem is that after you have used around 2/3s of the BP in the bottle, the pump stops working. I have just had this happen. I have had to cut the bottle (and this is one of the big 16oz bottles) in two. I am not exaggerating when I say that is at least enough BP for TWENTY FIVE applications stuck at the bottom of the bottle that the pump cannot pump out!!!!!! TWENTY FIVE!!!!!, and I
  8. I can't log in to danielkern.com because it doesn't recognise my email address! I've been a customer for 2 1/2 years. I sent an email using the contact us page a week ago and no-one got back to me. Can a mod help me or something?? Do I have to create a new account??
  9. You've totally misunderstood. A cleanser costs $9.50 and is supposed to last two months. Therefore, it costs $4.75 per month. But the price to buy it is still $9.50!!! Thats the only price there is. All the 'monthly cost' means is that overall, it works out as $4.75 per month. That said, I used to use the cleanser twice a day, and it lasted 5 months! Now I only use it once a day and it lasts close to a year, so it's good value no matter which way you look at it.
  10. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I'm not a huge fan of the moisturiser either, although it didn't break me out. I would recommend to anyone who hasn't used it to try just applying it to a small area of the face for a week just after they get it for the first time (just like it is recommended in the regimen to test for BP allergy). That should help people find out if there are any adverse effects without casuing too much damage to their skin.
  11. It doesn't bother me in the slightest, but if there are people who are self conscious about it, then I think that the sticker is a good idea
  12. I actually really like that hand written one...
  13. I almost never moisturise and I use plenty of BP twice a day. Very occasionally I get a bit dry on my forehead, but a £2 supermarket moisturiser takes care of that easy. My acne is mostly small cysts. If I didn't use BP I'd have a faceful constantly, but on the regimen I get maybe 2 or 3 a month. I live in South England, very moderate temperatures throughout the year. I was quite oily when I was a teenager but not any more (I'm 23). Funnily enough, one of the moisturisers a lot of people
