  4. I have been taking it on and off for about 3 2 months now and havent really notice a difference but i have just finished a course of roaccutane so my skin is pretty decent just faint marks left but i am drinking alot of lemon water and i have found that it has helped my overall health......

  6. has anyone ever tried grape seed extract with ALA.........i cant remember how to spell ALA in the long form but it is supposed to be a powerful antitoxants. It is supposed to help with rosacea.
  7. hey have u got rosacea..........just wondering bcoz i have and i been told my many that this stuff helps with rosacea symtoms and i am using at the moment but dont reall notice anything yet i been taking supplements for about 3 weeks now maybe less.....but have not seen anything happen significantly. i started taking supplements as soon as i came of roaccutane.

Hey there............i read that you have low back pains along with acne...I have these symtoms too but the low back pain comes and go and not as serve as they used to be i first had these back pains in my lower back when i was 18 and then my acne was getting bad then too...like i was expericing bad insomia too as soon as i was able to sleep for one night good my acne would go down significantly......is there a link do i need detoxing......

  11. hey super celebs...are you tring to say that our red marks left after acne is formed from broken blood vessels on our face right..?
