  1. Yes I would agree with spot treating if you are to afraid. But I do suggest a good moisturizuer if you can get one.
  2. Yes, thats about all I notice. When it's really cold outside there is no moisture in the air. Actually quite a bit less than any other time of year. I apply moisturizuer about twice a day in this case (btw; it's 26 degrees outside as I'm typing)
  3. since I have slacked off, I would say I'm not 100% clear if thats what you're asking. But since I started, my acne is always atleast 60-90% better than without BP.
  4. Generally speaking, if you have used BP for awhile, you will probably see results much faster this time around. Atleast for me, when I slack off, I see results in a matter of days since I've used CSR for over a year.
  5. I seem to see where you are going with this, are you saying you want to stop the regimen to use something that will get rid of the red marks? I don't know about you but no matter how clear I get, If I stop even for a week, my skin goes back to zero again.
  6. I use the Gillette sensor excel which I believe has 3 blades, maybe 2.
  7. Well I would like to start by saying that yes, I've been using Dan's regimen for 18 months now. Its been up and down, with ALOT of results and lessons learned. I have moderate acne, no cysts, but alot (10+) of pimples if I'm not on the regimen. My regimen is in my signature. I look back now and would like to share something with everyone here: I started the regimen with high hopes like most everyone here, having tried perscriptions left and right, as well as the slough of over the counter's but
  8. Couple questions, are you a guy? Do you shave? Depending on what you use to shave, it can make your face burn like a mother trucker. Also, have you been showering/washing your face with lukwarm water or with hot water?
  9. I wouldn't be surprised, for people with moderate acne it takes anywhere from 2 to 4 months to see major results. It took me about 3 months, then I started to see a big difference.
  10. I agree with betty, it depends on your skin. I do scar pretty badly with CSR, but they tend to be very subtle.
  11. Is it just me or have most of the veteran members here ( 1000+ posts ) all discouraged use of this regimen. I don't know about you, but I've used the CSR regimen for nearly 1 and 1/2 years now and I don't think I'm about to stop for this. Nothing against those who find results. I mean really though, how hard would it be for someone to come up with an elaborate joke such as this, and post answers to keep you guys going. It's the internet, all you have to do is type...it dosen't need to be true.
  12. It shouldn't if you've been on the regimen for atleast 2 months.
  13. first off, congrats on your success with the regimen! Welcome to the club. To let the bp absorb, just rub it on very gently until your face feels fairly dry. This normally take about 5 minutes.
  14. It's great to hear success stories like yours. I myself have a similiar one. It goes to show you how sticking to something can really prove itself worth it in the end.
