  1. I only get breakouts or pimples near the end of the day, especially if I have stayed up late or worked alot at my job. I try to sleep as much as I can so not to be tired, but sometimes not possible. Am I getting these breakouts because when I am tired my immune system becomes THAT weak that it can't fight for my skin? If so, what are some foods/pills/etc. that I could take to specifically boost my immune system? Thanks.

  3. I am getting acne on my head under my hair. My face is pretty good right now, no but it's my scalp that is killing me. I don't know how to go about treating this, I have tried switching shampoos (although I dont know what kind of shampoo is best for this), and washing my hair in hotter and colder water. Nothing seems to work. Has anyone encountered this, and some tips maybe? Thanks.

    Acne On Scalp

I'm 24 and recently gotten my face acne under control as finding a cream that worked for me. However as soon as my face cleared up, I started getting acne on my head. Did it somehow transfer? It's very irritating as it's hard to apply cream to areas underneath all my hair. I am contemplating shaving it, so I can be able to give the areas a nice treatment of my cream. Has anyone else experienced this? I have tryed less shampoo, more shampoo, no shampoo, nothing improves it.
  5. Why do you smoke? To relieve your stress. When you quit smoking, you succumb to a whole bunch of stress with no relief. Stress = Acne SOLUTION: When you quit smoking, you better have an alternative something to relieve the stress that your cigs were, or else you will just breakout regularly. The short period of breakouts ppl get after quiting is the time in which they develop new stress relievers, or just realize the world is a hard place, and learn to live with it.
  6. Whitehead dissolved overnight. Will post again tomorrow morning.
  7. Haha I'm in bed right now and I was just gonna rub one out before sleep but I thought of my current breakout and one thing I noticed was I started masturbating more. So I logged onto here and see if there any recent wonder cures to try. This was the last thread I was gonna click before I closed it and went onto "business", lol. You may be onto something, I'ma skip it and try this, as I start school in 6 days and I don't wanna show up looking haggard. Also, I think eating less is another fa
  8. I have been noticing most of my break outs come from these 2 things: A) When I sleep at night, the part of my face that my pillow is touching always has a pimple. B) The part of my nose where the rests of my glasses touch it always break out.. My skin is THAT sensitive? does anyone else who wears glasses experience (B) ?
  9. Just tryed it, it works! I held the activator on the pimple for 40 seconds. The whitehead shrunk and the skin around it dryed up and fell off.. A small red mark, but much better than a big pimple. Product is cheap too, like 30 bucks.
  10. I saw the ridiculous commercial for these things alot lately. How do these things work? I noticed my pimples do better in cold environment. Do you think it's a good idea to freeze (not remove) pimples with this tool, it might decrease the inflaming? Thoughts?
  11. *Moderator edit, URL removed* Watch the vid on the right, those are some pretty impressive results. Also click on Case Studies and watch the first vid.. I looked around and from what I can tell, he makes you use a regimen of topical rub-ons, called "BootCamp". Has anyone had experience with this program or product?
