In my opinion,this method(aggressive microdermarasion) is the best method as regards skin rejuvenation,because has a very little downtime,and the results according to the study simulate these of laser resurfacing. Could be aggressive microdermabrasion the next ''Holy Grail'' for skin rejuvenation/acne scars until a perfect solution come to the market (which is supposed to be several years away...)??
