  1. Improvement is observable in 3 days, great results in one single week. Read http://acne.org/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=4919 for more details and please update this topic if you try this Multivitamin stuff. Hope it'll work well for you [-o<
  2. BE VERY CAREFULL!!!! In the first time, Sun reduce dramaticaly acne, by making your skin thicker et preventing pimple to go on the surface. But pores clogs, and after one month of sun or when you don't expose no more to sun, acne attacks twice more than before in a short period, 'cause your skin return to thin and all clogged pore results in lots of pimples!!! It is an theorical and experimental fact.
  3. P. acne are bacteria NORMALY present in every skins. Your pores can be large or small, they'll always have those bacteria in it. And BP is far the best way to kill that. And yes, BP is the best way to prevent from acne pimple.
  4. One topic for you : http://acne.org/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=4919
  5. Thanx Frances! They looks to be very close... seems to be the same... The lotion = Multivitamin Treatement or is there any Multivitamin treatment in cream ?
  6. You can use Erythrocycin 4% gel to reduce pimple pue and irritation, and to freeze acne proliferation... But hey, not perfect, if a fast and efficient way to get rid of pimple would exist, acne would not be such a big problem. Use the regimen to prevent from another pimples...
  7. My own regimen (for very sensitive, unbalanced skin, with severe acne, but not enough for very hard youth acne I think) : Morning : - Cetaphil cleansing Bar (very soft cleansing) - Erythrogel (Erythromicyn 4% gel, freezes acne until BP evening application and helps to heal irritation) - Neutrogena Clear Pore Multivitamin treatment (AHA and BHA 1.5%, repairing/maintaining the skin) Evening : - Isotheliane (very soft cleanser lotion, makeup-remover) - Effacne (BP 2.5%, The only r
  8. All must be clear : AHA (glycolic acid) and BHA (salicylic acid) WON'T treat pimples ! The better way to treat that is to use BP. But a beautyful skin isn't only a skin without pimple. If you wan't your skin less irritating, more healthy, flater, redless, softer, pleasant, not oily, without deadskins and big pores, you have to find a good way to deal with those cares. My own regimen (for very sensitive, unbalanced skin, with severe acne, but not enough for very hard youth acne I think) : M
  9. Indeed, scrubing isn't the good way to fight deadskins. 'Just agravates the thing. But you can prevent from that by using moisturizer. If it don't works, moisturize twice a day (at morning and evening). You can try AHA moisturizer at evening to help exfoliation (only if your skin don't become red/irritating with that). Don't skip moisturizing stage! even if your skin looks not bad or oily... An acne-prone skin is unbalanced and needs moisturizing. Few acnes can be cured by simply improving skin
  10. Read all what Dan wrote!!! I quote http://www.acne.org/whattoexpect.html : "Week 1 : Usually slight improvment, some people have reported an initial worsening of acne. Skin is red, irritated, and itches." Agree with Dan... I experience this worsening when my acne was very severe. Be patient and wait for 2 weeks of use!
  11. Hummm... What are you calling "scars"? pimple is not a scar, clear? :-k We can't do anything for you about scars, just see a derm... On the contrary, if you have pimples and redmarks, oily or dry skin, we certainly can help you.
  12. The question is : Are those two products the same? - Neutrogena Multivitamin Clear pore Cream : http://www.beautycenter.co.uk/fiche_produi...id_article=3412 - Neutrogena Multi-Vitamin Acne Treatment : http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetails.asp?ID=73 I failed to find the answer in the net... If someone has the composition of the Treatment, we could compare to the cream one : Composition : Aqua, PPG-14 butyl ether, glycolic acid, glycerin, cetyl alcohol, salicylic acid, steareth-20, Vi
  13. Same for me... Seebath has always improved my acne fast and well! Have fun!
