  1. I just take a dairy free probiotic from the chemist which you don't need a script for and I just cleanse and scrub with ASAP and use a spot cream if needed. It's definitely the diet and probiotic that's helped me
  2. I had been suffering from acne on chin an jawline an tried so many different things. I've been doing the candida diet so cutting out dairy, yeast and sugar and taking daily probiotics because I think candida overgrowth was causing my breakouts. I've been on this diet for 2 weeks an have noticed a significant improvement in my skin and I feel better with more energy. I have had little treats now an then but eating healthy is becoming easier everyday, hopefully it helps this post helps you
  3. Just wanted to post this because it might help someone.. I've been struggling with bad skin for 2-3 years and nothing has worked. Recently started taking Estelle birth control for acne which didn't help me much, I was still suffering with break outs all along my jawline an chin and couldn't work out why.
