I'm not saying your diet causes the acne or dairy does I say try to modify your health and lifestyle and it can help play a factor in healing acne. I am still suffering from acne as we speak I have barely started the regimen so I can't say it works but I've done so much research and etc they say to avoid sugar, dairy the most but it's up to you. I hope I can help. I'll keep you updated with the regimen . -

I think yours is moderate to severe acne but not cystic acne. I have the similar type of acne as you but a mixture of a lot of comedonal acne that most likely from my make up and big ones but not cystic. Try changing your diet avoid salt, sugar, and dairy as much as possible drink plenty of water like a gallon a day, avoid touching your face at any time, and when ever washing your face you Luke warm but make sure to wash your hands before cleansing your face! Hey everyone I finally got "The regimen" this blog might get off topic and all over the place but it's been two days so far that I've been on the regimen using it very precisely according to Dans master plan. Hey everyone I'm new to acne.org but I'm loving all the information and this website overall.
