  1. For the person who asked about a rash he had, I'm not sure if the Dial is particularly right for that. For a rash I'd try Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion, keep in mind that's for the body and isn't related to acne at all. I use it after getting out of the shower and it helps with rashes too, my skin gets unbelievably dry in the winter and this calms down my skin. My bottle says "clean and refresh" too. I don't think I've ever seen a "2 in 1" kind before. Sounds like you got the right kin
  2. Hey guys! I know it's been a long time since I've been around here, but my email notification recently let me know that there have been new replies to this thread since I wrote my original post about two years ago. I'm so excited that the Dial body wash is helping people! Two years later I can still say I have used nothing but the Dial body wash, and it's been great. I still use the Spring Water scent, but recently I tried the Lavender scent and I like that scent even better (a bit girly, perha
  3. I got a pimple in my ear once. The worst part is I think people could see it because it was right smack in the middle of my ear where people could see in. Of course, I might just be paranoid, but let's just say I wore my hair down that entire time covering my ear so no one would be able to see it.
  4. Revlon Colorstay concealer is good if you don't need a lot of coverage. It lasts forever and I'm happy with it.
  5. poohchu, I understand where you're coming from when you say that acne is coming back and the bp isn't doing much to prevent it. All I can say is to be sure that you're not slacking off. I'm a pretty lazy person and I keep slacking off on the regimen only to find the pimples coming back. I think it's human nature to assume that once it works, you're not going to keep sticking to the regimen as religiously as you were before, but after many personal experiences, I've found that solid, ongoing trea
  6. Yeah, I don't think bp has done much to fade red marks faster for me, either. If anything, I think it may even prolong the fading of red marks, but I can't be 100% positive (my skin typically takes a long time to heal red marks, anyway.) They have been going away by themselves over time, granted, a really long time. However, I'd trade red marks for pimples any day, so I'm still lovin' the bp.
  7. I used this soap a few years ago, but I used it in the winter so it was a little drying for my skin. After seeing this thread, I decided to start it again for the summer weather. I've been using it for about two months now and it's just as great as I remember without the dryness that I experienced in the winter before. Evens out skin tone beautifully. Everyone's been complimenting me on my skin! I wonder why I forgot about this for so long. Thanks for starting up this thread again to remind me h
  8. I've heard Almay and Neutrogena (shades like Golden Bisque) work well for Asian skintones. I'm Asian myself, but I don't wear foundation very often.
  9. I'm glad it's working for you, Audreythe2nd! annoyed at acne, I've never actually used hand soap on my body, so I don't know how to advise you on this. I think it should be fine as long as there are no ingredients that jump out on you that can clog your pores, but I suppose soap is soap. I'd say if it's working out well for Audrey, then I guess you can try it too.
  10. Sorry for not replying for a while! I thought I had the email notification thing turned on for this thread. Apparently it was turned off though, but I didn't know, so I figured no one replied to my original post. Well, about three months later, I'm back! I'm happy to see some of you have been trying this out. To answer people's questions (in no particular order): 1) I use the normal Antibacterial Clean Rinsing Body Wash in Spring Water. It's blue. After I used up my bottle, I decided to try Tr
  11. I have suffered from body acne for a while now, and I have tried everything from the Neutrogena body washes to twisting my body in odd forms to get bp onto my back. Nothing ever worked well, and the bp ended up staining my clothes from my back. Maybe I should've used a stronger bp concentration on my back (I used Dan's bp gel and maybe that was too light), but the results weren't what I wanted and so I began searching for a new way to get rid of my body acne. I searched the forums for help with
  12. I don't see how the two could be related. The BP's supposed to help with the external part of your face, not the internal. Nosebleeds occur because of internal problems in the nasal area. Like someone already said, it could be just winter weather... I don't know why it would start now if you haven't had problem in the past, maybe it's just coincedental. I used to get nosebleeds in the winter too because of the dry air, but now I apply a thin coat of Vaseline sort of around my nostrils and a tiny
  13. Yeah, I bleached this awesome black t shirt I have. The neckline is kinda pink. Argh. Just had to experience it for myself, I guess.
