  1. Started "The Regimen" and while I waited for my 2.5% to come in the mail, I used a TINY bit of my old 10% that i had used previously. Around 6 months ago before doing the regimen, I used BP in my daily face wash routine and would use the 10% and one day had a reaction that was little more red and felt like sunburn and I stopped using it. It was probably just because I used too much at such a high percentage. So, now, I used this 10% (VERY small amounts) twice for two days and then I ex
  2. It really is best to only wash face twice a day. Once in the morning, once at night. It is okay if you wash it in the afternoon once on occasion, but not daily!
  3. Hello! So today marks the day my package from drugstore.com arrived and I can't wait to start my new skincare routine. So, a little background info. I've been struggling with breakouts since I was a pre-teen. Got really bad around age 16-18 and then after taking an antibiotic for a short period of time it cleared up. I can't see how they would hurt since the regimen is all topical. Thanks

So, I'm very interested in trying this "cocktail" daily and seeing what my results are. I think it's an excellent change
  6. I also am very interested in trying a holistic approach! I'm kind of sick of shoving my body with all sorts of chemicals (that don't seem to be working for me anyway). I read this article: *Moderator edit, URL removed – please read the board rules* and am very intrigued! I have taken some supplements before (Vitamin Zinc sporadically and Vitamin D pretty regularly) and I can't tell whether or not they have made a big impact on my skin or not but I think if I used a "vitamin cocktail" a
