Around 6 months ago before doing the regimen, I used BP in my daily face wash routine and would use the 10% and one day had a reaction that was little more red and felt like sunburn and I stopped using it.   2. It really is best to only wash face twice a day. Once in the morning, once at night. It is okay if you wash it in the afternoon once on occasion, but not daily!

  4. Hey there! I just ordered the products for The Regimen and will be starting as soon as they arrive. I was thinking about taking some supplements while I do this. I am planning on taking Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Zinc and Borage Seed Oil daily. I am aware of overdosing on vitamins, taking with food to prevent nausea, etc. My question is, will any off these interfere with the Regimen? I can't see how they would hurt since the regimen is all topical. Thanks

Consists of Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Zinc and Borage Seed Oil Here is the link: *Moderator edit, URL removed – please read the board rules* Basically, she went to a holistic dermatologist who then put her on these supplements and she claims her skin cleared up! So, I'm very interested in trying this "cocktail" daily and seeing what my results are. I think it's an excellent change
