  1. You have to stop taking this treatment. Your dermatologist should tell you the same. I know what I am saying because 3 years ago this " miracle " treatment was the cause of my depression 2 month only after I started taking these pills and now I'm no longer the same. I'm not telling you this to scare you or what but seriously go see your doctor and btw go read articles about accutane's side effects (depression, suicide etc)
  2. Hey! You are not alone, my skin was perfect 3 years ago and now my cheeks are sooo red because of my scars ! This makes me feel so bad when I look at my face though it's going a little better nowadays but it's still... horrible for me. So hard to hang out, take pictures and just feel normal, like I was before. A normal teen with a normal skin. I can't even cover these scars. But I continue to hope that one day they will disappear... If you want to talk, i'm here!
  3. What do you say when someone - friend, family member - asks you to take a selfie with him ? In my case, I always refuse because make-up can't cover redness and acne scars on my cheeks.
  4. Hey, Use wipes for sensitive skin and thermal spring water. (La Roche Posay)
  5. Do you use a non-comedogenic moisturiser for (very) sensitive skin ?
  6. Thank you for your response I'll try and then I'll tell you!!! Thanks again
  7. What if I drink a cup of green tea? This will change something? I thought drinking 3 glasses of fruit juice each day instead of water was ok (orange juice containes water)
  8. When I'm at school or outside, after a long day I don't drink water, I am not thirsty, a glass or nothing and it's ok for me! I was very active 2 years ago, it's not the case now but after 2 hours of sport (every week) I only drink a little bottle. We all need water, but not the same quantity, I think. Our daily needs are different,no?
  9. After you've washed your face, use a toner for oily skin.
  10. I don't drink water. I know it's important for health, but I can not drink more than a glass or two a day. When I'm thirsty I drink a bottle of 0,5 liter or some juice and that's all. So I wonder if my lack of water (we should drink 1,5 liter of it per day) is also the cause of my acne prone skin ? Trust me I've tried many times to drink 1 liter every day but I can't. It's weird but it's like I don't need it.
  11. Even if your skin is very sensitive you HAVE to wash your face with a cleanser ! I recommend you this one: La Roche Posay Effaclar purifying foaming gel, for oily to combination skin. (Ideal for a sensitive skin. Oil-free, soap-free and alcohol-free) You can find it in pharmacies.
