  1. I noticed, and others have noticed recently, that my nose has been bright red, whereas the rest of my face is pretty normally colored. This has only sprung up in the past couple days, and I've tried using aloe Vera and moisturizer to reduce the redness, but neither helped. I do have some acne, so but none that would make my whole nose red. My question is, can I do anything about this? And when will it go back to normal?
  2. I recently adjusted my regimen to reduce redness and oiliness in my face, and so far it seems to be working. I stopped using my Retin A 1% lotion every night and started using it once every 3 or 4 nights. The redness and oiliness has decreased, but the day after I use Retin A I break out like crazy. I used it last night for the first time in a few days and today my nose is completely red and covered in little whiteheads, and I also have a few whiteheads on my cheeks. My question is, should I go
  3. Hey guys, my face lately has been looking really red and shiny compared to the rest of my body, and I just wanna know how to fix this. I have moderate acne, a few whiteheads every couple days, but mostly red spots from previous pimples that haven't healed. I use a Clean and Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser at day and night, and in the mornings I use Clindmycin lotion all over, then moisturize. At night I use retin a 1% lotion all over then moisturize. I also have aczone for spot treating.

  5. I recently switched to the Clean and Clear Continuous Control Acne Cleanser, which uses benzoyl peroxide instead of sacylic acid which my other cleanser used. I'm a couple days in and I'm still getting frequent pimples, but I'll see if I see any improvement in the next couple weeks
  6. Hey guys. So I made this account because after two years of struggling with prescription acne meds, nothing has significantly improved. I currently use a Clyndamycin lotion and a .1% Retin-A cream, at day and night respectively. I also use Aczone cream for spot treating, and use a Neutrogena Acne Wash Redness Soothing day and night. However, i still get frequent whiteheads and i have lots of red spots from previous pimples that have not disappeared, especially in the cheek region below the eyes.
