  1. Thats the thing. So many people with acne tell me that they've tried everything, and nothing helps. Then i ask them if they have tried cutting out dairy products, and they always look at me like im some sort of crazy person. Cutting out dairy should be the FIRST thing anyone with acne should try. At least for 1-2 months. Giving up dairy has helped me a lot, and now that i see my 12 year old littlebrother is having the same issues, i am begging my parents to at least try to cut down on the dai

  5. Hi. Non-english speaking here, so some of my sentences may sound weird. How do i start.. I have had acne from when i was about 13 years old up until currently 21. In the beginning, it was BAD. Then after a few years i cut down on sugar and it went from bad to "okay". Then i cut out dairy, and it got even better. I recently cut out Gluten, and for the first time in my life i actually had "almost" entirely clear skin. I was thrilled, and thought "how can i make it even bette
  6. The reason that grain products make people break out, is not necessarily related to the sugar content. The reason that people get acne from grain products, is that they cause an autoimmune response in the body which causes inflammation in your digestion system. I believe that every person in the world is celiac to a certain degree. Some more than others. But we all have trouble digesting gluten and grain products.
