  1. Hi All, Lets start by clearing the AIR blood. We all seem to be quick at trying to apply products and chemicals to our faces and bodies to help cure the acne/spots that are naturally occurring (I am guilty of this also). O.K fair enough desperate measures call for desperate actions, but why do we turn to the un-natural option? Why do we think the pharmaceutical companies and their drugs offer the fastest and most effective results? Well first and foremost the cause of acne and spots
  2. i tried the lemon juice regime but did not help over the long term. It was a worth the try but I felt it was just making it worse after a slight dip. At the end it was a herbal capsule that helped me rid me of my acne within 3 weeks.

  5. I tried everything but at the end it was a natural 100% herbal remedy that just took it way in 2 weeks (I had acne REALLY BAD!). The herbs are the best way forward and trust me they are much more effective then people give them credit for. Saying that there is a lot of rubbish on the market. So what i'm saying the real deal is really good. In fact I have recommended it to my friends and family over the past 14 years and they have all benefitted from it also. Worked for everyone so far and it
