  1. My skin stopped breaking out when I switched from coconut to almond milk and I drink both sweetened and unsweented. Also my headaches stopped and canker sores stopped. I don't get those symptoms as long as I stay away from coconut along with guten and dairy. Unfortuately I think it is trial and error as some people may do better with coconut than almond.
  2. I agree, I have extremely sensitive skin and since I have used acne.org products as directed my skin is nearly perfect.
  3. sounds painful. You could try grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, or vaseline and then keep it covered with a bandaid. All of those will speed healing with out cloging pores. Good luck

  6. Make sure you keep the Boots No. 7 moisture quench package so you can compare ingredients with a new moisturizer. They may still sell the discontinued moisturizer on drugstore.com or another website for discontinued products. Also sometimes drugstore knockoff brands will have the same ingredients so it's worth looking into. Good luck.
  7. Could be a gluten problem. That happened to me a lot and I was diagnosed with celiac which is an allergy to wheat rye and barley aka gluten. I also find I have trouble with dairy also. The best way to do a self test is by avoiding say dairy for a couple weeks then introducing it again. See how you feel while avoiding it and then if you get unplesant symptoms if you eat it again. It can also take a couple of days to develop symptoms if you do have a problem. Happy Eating
  8. If it helps I will tell you my experience cause I had huge cysts on my jaw and neck 3 times in my life. The first time was after high school, the second time was after a miscarraige and the 3rd time was after a huge amount of stress and finding out I had food allergies. What works for me is sticking with benzyol peroixde at night only, using non pore clogging moisturizer and sunscreen if needed,I only use bare minerals or sheer cover and I highly reccomend sheer cover for coverage and it helps he
  9. Thank you for the suggestions! I have been using the jojoba oil and my skin has done a turn around. It is not peeling and flakying anymore. I love using vinegar on my hair, but I think my skin is too sensitive. Do you rinses the vinegar off your face? I do have one more question though, It seems like when I was using the aminogenesis cleanser and moisturizer my skin was firmer along the jaw line and my wrinkles were more plump, when my skin is completely clear should I start using the ami
  10. Not exactly. We don't have the same degree or availability of '"Fatty food" you guys have in America and our food has higher standards in it's preparation and quality and overall it's less toxic. Canada isn't really like America at all, it's closer to the U.K in terms of society. Yes less stress. We have socialized medicine, little poverty, no violence and a strong economy. It's paradise here, I've never had to worry about anything. Do you see people with acne there on a consistent basis th
  11. I'd like to know about their diet also. Maybe Canadians don't get acne because of the colder climate, or maybe less stress. When my parents trailer broke down while traveling there they had people offer to help right away and my parents said they were very friendly. In America it seems like everyone is always working too hard and stressing too much.
  12. I just realized I am not supposed to ask about other proucts here. Is any one using Dan's products in a dry climate and do they have any tips or tricks?
  13. I find It better to apply a moisturizer then a separate sunscreen. I use Dan's moisturizer let it dry for five min, then use the Olay complete for sensitive skin mixed with two or three drops of jojoba oil and it works miracles, no whit streaks and no redness. If you do well with a chemica sunscreen I have heard then nuetrogena makes the best. Sunscreens with alcohol make my skin burn and I know the neutrogena ones do not contain alcohol like the loreal face sunscreen. Good Luck
  14. I used grapeseed oil as a moisturizer for a while. It does lighten marks and even skin tone over time but I found it too astringent which made my skin feel too tight. If you want to try it maybe just use it once a day or mix it with a moisturizer to avaid the tight feeling. It did not seem to clear my acne , but it did not seem to cause new spots.
  15. Yes the virgin coconut oil or any organic coconut oil is highly comedogenic. I used it for months thinking it wasn't causing my acne, but when I finally realized it was I had huge cysts on my neck and it took a year to clear them up. Also using the coconut oil on the skin every day will make it more dry and that happend to me to. Jojoba oil is the only one that works for dryness without clogging pores for me. I have tried argan oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, coconut oil, sesame oil,sun flower seed
