  1. unfortunately it often takes experiances like this to realise that these derms do not care about you at all and are only after your money for them its win win, if you get botched and become a suicidal recluse it is irrelevent for them when they are relaxing in a 5 star hotel in dubai with your money like you said, you sign the form which states you may get worse skin, its just they always make it seem like this is a <1% chance when in reality its more like 60-70%
  2. this happened to me and when i left a review, they contracted me and tried to "buy out" my review, basically pay me with free treatments to take it down acne scars are really really bad thing to have to deal with mainly becasue of the treatment options, its saturated with false hope, many of these "derms" are scum of the earth
  3. thats the answer i was looking for, thanks a lot uk is DONE , just full of fraudsters and robbers who are preying on the vulnerable anil, patel and now this guy...disgusting
  4. he does everything , go and get botched by anil then
  5. Dr.Asif Hussein is meant to be a laser specialist, he teaches but why does noone here go for him? he even posted that he is highest rated on acne.org?
  6. what are the differences of these devices and why would a derm choose to use one over the other, providing they have both
  7. dr emil is best by far, but the travel is a bit of a nightmare flights + 2 hour train travelling after a laser is very tough, id assume it impedes healing too
  8. i would email him, i dont think it would be a good idea to say it face to face and yes i would be furious, think of how many people have been misinformed without even realising ive met anil but decided against treatment, i got a strange vibe
  9. if this is true i am shocked, this is everything that is wrong with these private derms i couldnt tell you though, we need an experianced user
  10. ive no doubt its better, but most places dont even have it let alone are masters of the settings
  11. An award winning dermatologist (Global Excellence Award 2019) best London dermatologist he has some impressive before and afters online anyone have any experiance with him?
  12. also interested in topicals, i dont like energy devices or acids to be honest. my skin is paper thin
  13. yes i also had very bad experiance there, he is not a genuine practitioner imo is there anywhere in the uk that does Genius RF ? i knoiw emil does it
  14. is infini the same as Genius RF? phi clinic has infini, but its not the same and not for acne scars, well thats what Patel told me
  15. i dont understand where he came from, its like he suddenly appeared out of nowhere with all these amazing results it seems a bit fishy to me
  16. have you seen Emil has met up with Lim in AUS, they are sharing new techniques. its quite exciting
  17. I have very shallow rollowing scars, crossed some of them but to be honest it hasnt done much. Do you think one of the more modern energy devices would be best or a series of chemical peels? or is manual techniques still prefered? anyone had any success with rolling scars? shouldnt they be the easiest to treat in theor
  18. give it time, the redness often makes the area look much worse i did get new scars from a laser, it was a very bad time. now im very careful and dont do any combo treatments acne scarring is horrendous, the treatments are russian roulette
  19. yes the recovery phase is really really tough mentally, especially when the scar becomes wider and red i get paranoid about sleeping as i move around in the night and showering becasue im scared to knock the scab off early. thats why ive taken a week off work this time in hopes itl fall off during this time i find it so hard to cope during this period, but TCA Cross is much more predictable than say a laser or peel, you have targeted the scar directly. give it time once the scab falls
  20. yes i had a similar issue, i trusted a derm to do laser on my nose and made them much worse. im scared to touch my nose now i know the skin isnt the same than on the rest of the face tca cross does work but to be honest when they are the size of yours, its asking for bigger problems
  21. sounds like its healing great, i wouldnt put retin a on it for a month after but you can apply to the rest of the face keep the area treated moist
