    Creatine Causes Spots

    Hi everyone, About 3 months ago I decided to quit taking Creatine supplements as part of my weightlifting diet. I've always believed that Creatine increased the prevalance of Acne on my adult skin.     My Experience On/off The Regimen

    Thanks all for your replies, I'm now at the end of my first week using Dan's 2.5% BP, so thought I'd share my observations.     Hi everyone, This is my first post on Acne.org although I first discovered the Regimen back in 2008. I just wanted to introduce myself, and share my experiences with you guys.
