  1. Hey, Does using BP make your acne last longer than if you didn't use it? Say your supposed to grow out of your acne by 19, would using BP or medications make it take longer to grow out of it? :-k What I'm trying to say is, do topical or oral medications prolong acne?
  2. I would try Neutrogena Multi Vitamin Acne Treatment for red marks Go here to learn more about it: http://acne.org/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=4919 It sounds like you may already be using it though. You could try drinking lots of lemon water.
  3. I want to start B5, but I don't know which one is the best. Which B5 is the best from the internet, like with price and service. Also, which is the best brand to get from your local health store?
  4. I just started using Benzamycin after about a month on the regimen. I can't really tell you how well it's working, but I'll keep you updated. I don't see anything wrong with using Benzamycin instead of BP, but I'm not sure.
  5. This should help you out - http://acne.org/messageboard/viewtopic.php...ighlight=scotch Good Luck, Dan
  6. First, you could drink lots of lemon water, it helps some people get rid of the red marks faster. Also, you could use an AHA moisturizer. Your best bet would be to try Neutrogena Multi-Vitamin Acne Treatment for Red Marks. Go here to check it out - http://acne.org/messageboard/viewtopic.php?t=4919 Hope that helps a little, Dan
  7. Try this: http://www.acne.org/regimen.html
  8. Sorry to ask another question about Benzamycin, but I really need to know... I've heard many people say that the effects of Benzamycin eventually stop, because you're body becomes immune to the erythromycin. Is this true? If so, how long does Benzamycin work for on average?
  9. One more question: I've heard many people say that the effects of Benzamycin eventually stop, because you're body becomes immune to the erythromycin. Is this true? If so, how long does Benzamycin work for on average?
  10. Honey works well on cysts, it seems to bring down the swelling and make them appear smaller. To get rid of the red marks, you just need time. Drinking lots of lemon water helps speed up the process for some people. I know there are other ways, but I can't remember them. Somebody else should be able to help you better than me.
  11. Thanks very much for the help
  12. I'm starting Benzamycin, and I'm wondering how much you need to use? Are you supposed to use as much as the regimen, or just a thin layer? Also, does it really take 2 weeks for it to start working even if you've been on the regimen for a month, and if you are used to BP? Thanks
  13. I drink lots of lemon water everyday, and I usually drink diluted orange juice too. I'm very careful about what I eat, I only eat fruit, vegetables, and meat, I try not to eat too many grains. I'm 16, and I spend a lot of time outside, and I think that I'm probably going to stop using the regimen, but I'm not sure...
