  1. From what I hear, this food plan is very unhealthy and unbalanced. Yes diet does help skin, but not a certain diet. It is common sense, eat healthier foods, the closest to natural, the better. Drink more water, water is good for the skin. When you eat fast food, you can be more likely to break out. Eating healthier food works wonders. You need protien, not red meat type protien, but white chicken breasts (skinless, boneless) for example. The answer is not cutting out major food groups. Certain f
