  1. Hi, So i've used the regimen for about a year now... and I am currently clear with maybe very small pimples here and then. However, I've had a month of mid semester exams for university.... and this might be stress related, i don't know... but lately... well, maybe for the past week? Small red, pimple-like lumps are coming up. These ARENT pimples... they're very small... much like very sand-grain sized (smaller than that) little lumps under the skin... Is this just irritation? or
  2. Hi guys, Ive been on the Regimen for about 5 and a bit months now, and I've been clear for about a month and a half with only one of two breakouts. Ive started and always kept to doing the Regimen only once per day at nighttime (for those of you who don't want to use the regimen during the day- it works once a day too!). My question is has anyone tried to cut back on the regimen applications to lets say... once every 2 or 3 days? like, 1 day use the regimen, the next 2 days use BHA/AHA
  3. Hi guys, I was just wondering, is Benzoyl Peroxide stronger when its from a new bottle? I dont use Dan's products, im using Galderma's Benzac 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide. Im on maybe just above the 2 month mark, and i just got tolerance to it a couple of weeks ago. Today i finished a bottle/tube of Benzac, and i just opened a new one except now within 15 minutes of application my face burns and is pretty red in places. Im not sure if its just me and just to not worry about it, but would
  4. Hi, I know people ask this alot, but are you sure youre following the Regimen correctly and biblically? And are you using enough BP? Make sure you follow all the steps as it requires/states and make sure you use ALOT of BP. Not enough BP will only give you side effects and it wont clear your acne at all. Secondly, are you using Dan's products? If you're like me (i dont use Dan's products) then make sure theyre all NON COMEDOGENIC. If it doesnt say non-comedogenic, then rather than risk it ju
  5. HELLO COMMUNITY, So recently (well... not so recently) i started the Regimen, and let me say first off that its been one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life! So if your struggling and you need something that WILL work for you then The Regimen is the key! I recommend seriously starting it, and just have patience and persistence to keep going. Just always remember that you're suffering/being embarrassed now for the absolutely clear skin you will get on the other side. ... and
  6. Hey man! I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA TOO! and im male. so double score. Ive been battling moderate-severe cystic acne since i was 13/14... and even though im male, much like you, i get excessive in terms of wanting to take care of my skin. I would get self conscious about myself, not want to go out with friends when my skin is having a bad day (though it feels like that everyday...), and it would bring down my self confidence. I can relate to you. Especially since i spent most of my teens up t
  7. Hi... i know that i said i was going to start this ages ago, and i did... but instead of making up excuses im just going to tell the truth to you guys: i couldn't get over the redness factor so i stopped. i just couldn't bear to have my friends look at me and go 'wtf is wrong with you?' Im just so insecure about my acne. I dont have a huge amount of acne, but its my 1 achilles heel that can bring me down to the floor and drag me across it. So i've always stopped when the symptoms get overwhelmin

  9. Its alright.... not that bad...

Lathers like a dream! Smells good Easy pump bottle Water gets in the bottle, which dilutes it Dries skin alot more Its really good. Been using it for about 6 weeks now for the shower and it lathers up extremely extremely well. The smell is quite nice too. However, the only thing i have a problem with it is that water can get in the bottle. It dilutes it, and it makes the supposed 'gel' literally like water. Its really annoying. Initially it was great. 1 pump=1 facewash, but now its like, 4 pumps
  10. Cleanance K- Pretty good... and this is coming from a guy...

SUPER GENTLE. Can't even begin to describe how gentle this is on my skin. Clears acne scars rapidly, as it is an exfoliant The tube is really good and you dont have the problem of squeezing the last remnants of the cream when theres only a small bit left. Its super easy. Takes time to work. Be patient!!! Doesn't FULLY clear acne, but it helps. Probably works for light- some moderate acne, but for oily and beyond it doesnt prevent it completely Pricey (usually). But its worth it, don't worry. Ba
  11. Hey, So i started using the regimen last night, and i thought i would make a blog for all the new incomers (like me) to read what they should be expecting. Im asian. I have oily skin and have moderate cystic acne. Ive had acne for all my teen years. Ive used Roaccutane before, except it failed the first go so i gave up all hope but then i came across this regimen and thought i might give it a go instead of going on another round of roaccutane. SO: Last night i washed my face with QV
  12. I have the same problem! I just started the regimen and my face immediately inflamed up and feels like burning even though ive only used a TINY amount of BP... I dont know what to do :S My face is really red and my skin feels 'thick'.... i dont know if its just the need for adjusting or if im actually allergic to it.
  13. Hey guys, So i'm new to this so here we go: I started using the regimen last night I bought Galdermas 2.5% benzoyl peroxide, along with QV's Gentle Cleanser (non comedogenic) and also Neutrogenas moisturiser for sensitive skin (also non comedgonenic). I applied only about the size of 1.5 peas to my whole face (small amount) and then moisturized ALOT. this morning i woke up to a bright red mess of a face. I dont know whether im ALLERGIC to it, or whether it jus needs time adjusting. It's
