  1. What I like to do is play mindf*ck with these people. I told this one rude woman that recommended me to try "proactiv" and to change my diet that I had an inoperabable androgen secreting brain tumor in my pituitary gland as the reason I had such bad acne and that I'd be dead in a year ... her jaw dropped LOL. I used to cry, beat up on myself or freak out when these people "tried to tell me what to do with my skin" but now I just f*ck with them for fun.
  2. Yes, but but other cultures have diets that are nearly as bad or becoming as bad. In many cases, American corporations and culture can be blamed, such as the spread of coca cola and fast food chains around the world. Other countries may be catching up - but America still has the worst diet and most obese population in the world (sadly). In Canada for example Mcdonald's and other American fatty food chains exist but they're truly not popular - The Mcdonald's Drive- thru is an utter ghost town w
  3. They key word here is "essential" my northern friend. What you eat and what you absorb are two very different things. Cows milk is no more necessary for humans that it is to an infant calf after it has matured. It is not an essential ingredient for human consumption. It is possible to live without ever drinking a dairy cows milk. And I'm not even pro-animal. Calcium, Vitamin, D, and other nutrients, however, are essential for human growth. It is simply not necessary to ever need them from a cow
  4. Regardless of me having acne, hirsutism and weight issues for the last 14-15 years (I am now 27) there has never been any evidence of PCOS to show up in a blood test or ultrasound (puzzling enough). My periods have always come every 21 days (super regular) and are normal in every respect also - but yet I have these "androgenic" symptoms. I just don't get it? and neither does me doctor, it's very confusing. I even went to an endocrinologist I few years back and everything once again came back
  5. Lots of people binge eat and masturbate and have no skin problems whatsoever.
  6. This thread is pathetic. Americans are nutty religious freaks - what a terrible shame.

  10. When you say "Our diet" - I'm assuming you mean "Americas diet"?
  11. That "diet" sounds bloody awful. Whoever came up with something like that is either a detoxing specialists or moron. Water fasting and detoxing is important, but you don't need powdered vitamins while doing it. I'm amazed you kept up with it for so long. The strictest thing to do is actually just water. The strictest diet, from what I know, are vegan diets. Not vegetarian, vegan. 'Not even milk' is actually a good thing. Milk is awful for you and completely unnecessary for human survival. More
  12. So this thread... Did it have replies like "Yeah, I committed suicide. Was a couple of years ago. " and "Me too! Best decision I ever made! "? Anyway... Yes someone who used to post here committed suicide. I never knew her though. Someone else made the same decision, I think in 2011. All I know is that he was 31 and was struggling with depression which may or may not have been acne related to whatever degree. But as far as the dedication is concerned, I'm not sure about that. lol No, The
  13. "Simple" Refreshing facial wash gel is good, and quite cheap too. We have a ton of U.K beauty products in Canada, a lot of the same lines here.
  14. Maybe this is just some rumor, but I read a very old "has anyone ever committed suicide over acne" thread on here that mentioned there was a girl that committed suicide do to her acne who posted here (several years ago) and that this website is dedicated to her memory (supposedly). Is this true? does anyone know her name if so. That's terribly sad. Something I was just curious about.
  15. Really? it's that much in America. In Canada the drug costs around $15 dollars. We don't have public health insurance in USA, yet. The healthcare system in here is terrible; something that's really a necessity like hospitalizing overnight could cost more than a 1000 without insurance, ONLY for the bed. it's either go broke, or go die. The health care system in the U.S terrifies me. Why do people put up with such a heartless greedy system? virtually every other western country has sociali
