  1. This BP is amazing!

I had been using the 10% BP from Clean and Clear but I guess it was too strong for me because I was waking up with puffy eyelids and a very itchy throat. Ever since I started using the Acne.org BP my eyelids are no longer puffy when I wake up and my throat no longer itches. This stuff is so much more gentle on my skin than the 10%, seems to work even better for me, and is such a better value than Neutrogena's 2.5% BP. I had received the tiny 1 oz. in the trial kit, loved it after two days, order
  2. I started the Regimen on April 16th after receiving the $5 trial size in the mail. The only thing I didn't like about it was the cleanser, so I've stuck with my old cleanser, Cerave Hydrating Cleanser. This is my routine since April 16th, )I have since purchased larger bottles of the moisturizer, jojoba oil, and BP)... Morning: I cleanse with Cerave Hydrating Cleanser and then apply the Acne.org Moisturizer with Jojoba Oil in it to my face and I let it dry. **Throughout the day I have to
  3. If you apply jojoba oil before the BP, will it still help keep your face hydrated after applying BP and then the moisturizer?
  4. I wanted to share this with everyone. I recently moved to Minnesota from Illinois and the temperature is much colder and the air is much drier. My face started flaking like crazy! It was so bad that I was switching up my routine and trying new products in the hopes of finding something that would relieve my flakey skin. In the process, I ended up giving myself acne because pretty much all the products I tried I had adverse reactions to. So I went back to pretty much what I was using before. My a
  5. Kielh's makes an assortment of great products. They do have an oil-free ultra facial line if you're finding some of their products are too heavy/oily for you.
  6. I'm sorry it broke you out. I use the oil-free version and it's great for my skin! Also, if you purchase from a Kielh's store itself, their return policy is excellent. There is no limit on how late you can return a product. If you've used the product (doesn't matter how much, give it some time to see if it works for you) you can still return it if not completely satisfied. If you have your receipt, they will issue a FULL refund, and if you don't happen to have your receipt, they will refund you
  7. On March 3 and 4, I applied BP all over my face. I was using 10% and then 5%. I stopped applying all over face because it was burning too much for me to tolerate when I would apply my moisturizer. I have since switched to applying the BP as a spot treatment. It is now March 7, and my face is full of flakes. The degree has gone down in the last day or so, but they are still very very present; around my eyes and my mouth/chin area is the worst. I don't seem to get flakes on my forehead. I wash my
  8. Extra dryness is common with the winter months. I live in Minnesota now, previously Illinois, and I experienced severe dryness on my face, something that I've never experienced down in central Illinois. Use more moisturizer if needed. I found that Cetaphil's Restoraderm Skin Restoring Moisturizer really helped combat the dryness on certain areas of my face. It didn't make me break out either. All of the ingredients are very low on the comedogenic scale. I have yet to use it on my whole face, bu
  9. Do you spot treat with the BP or use all over your face? I tried spot treatment before I was on the regimen and I noticed that I would get new cysts to the areas where I did not apply the BP. I have no idea if the bacteria is avoiding the medication. But now on the regimen, I definitely use it all over my face. If you can get away with just spot treatment then more power to ya, but it didn't work for me. Thanks! I'm just dealing with a lot of burning sensation after applying my moisturizer,
  10. I did try the spot treatment with BP before but I found that the new cysts would just come out on a new place on my face so I started the regimen and applied the BP all over my face. The first 3 weeks were the worst. My face was so irritated and itchy and flakey but with time and the right moisturizer it does get so much better. Just let your skin get used to the BP because it takes time. If you can stay clear with only BP at night then cool, but if you can't, stick to AM and PM application.

  12. This is exactly how I'm feeling! It's only after I apply my facial moisturizer that it begins to burn. I cleanse, tone, apply the BP, and then moisturize (SPF during the day, then separate night one). I'm concerned there's a reaction between the BP and my moisturizer. After reading this, it really helps and maybe I should just stick with it too

  14. Did you experience burning the moment you put the BP on your face? I'm experiencing it after I apply my moisturizer afterwards..
  15. This sounds like something I might need to try. I'm experiencing a burning sensation after applying my moisturizer.. Maybe I need to bump it down to 2.5% and use a little.. My issue is located here.. I'm thinking about using 2.5 instead of 5 and maybe just as a spot treatment to start out.. I honestly don't know. This drying and burning is getting to be too much for me. My face is not healthy if it is this dry. It's not flaky, just feels dry. :'(
