  1. Today marks the 3rd week of using DKR and it feels good to say I'm acne FREE already! Went from out of control acne to not a single zit in exactly 3 weeks. I'm a stubborn ass and still don't do the regimen twice a day if my face is already red from the morning. I still use the cleanser though everytime I shower. Now that the acne is gone and my face has adjusted to the treatment a tad bit I WILL be doing it twice a day. I just hate all these red marks and dark spots. As far as I can see I only r
  2. I don't know about you guys but I never wash my face in the sink. I do the cleanser step in the shower everytime twice a day. I stare straight at the water source for a couple seconds, lightly apply cleanser everywhere for about 10 seconds and immediately wash it off without touching my face.
  3. Well personally I'm only on week 2 of the regimen and this is the clearest my face has been in 3-4 years. I've tried EVERYTHING except DKR and it just started working literally overnight. After just one week my right cheeck is completely smooth, no cycstic acne what so ever. Left side was a little worse but is catching up to the right. One thing I have noticed is if I follow the routine as instucted a.k.a twice a day, my face gets irratated and starts burning a little bit. At first it wasn
  6. Nice! At least you know what you're doing is working. That's half the battle is just finding something that truly works. Now just keep it up!
  7. My acne has bounced around from moderate to severe starting roughly in the summer going into my junior year of high school. Up until sophmore year I NEVER had a zit (god i miss those days haha). I'm now in a sophmore in college and my acne while it is still pretty bad, is getting better year by year (but not by much). I've tried derms and topicals and meds and yada yada but nothing seems to really work. I thought to myself, what lifestyle changes have I made since I started getting acne? I know
