  1. I rarely eat/drink dairy products but when I do I tend to go organic. I drink Kefir sometimes, which is yummy and a TON healthier than your average milk. I sometimes have greek yoghurt with pre-packaged fruit inside. But, when eliminating dairy from your diet, you have to substitute it by eating other high-calcium foods. Here are a few acne tips that I may be restating, but that are extremely important. -The only times you should be touching your face is when you are applying products to it -Drink lots of water, about a gallon THROUGHOUT the day, not all at once.   5. The red marks from acne are called hyper pigmentation. I know it is hard, but the hyper pigmentation level increases drastically when you pick and pop your acne. Laser treatments are very rough, and have a long recovery time. Laser treatments are also very very expensive compared to chemical peels. You haven't clarified what level/type of acne you have, but it sounds like you just have normal acne, not cystic.   6. Drinking tons of water is so important. I cannot even stress how important this is. I use a Camelback water bottle, which is 750 mL when filled. I usually drink about five or more, adding up to a grand total of 3750 mL. You have to drink an inhuman amount of water for the toxins from the food and drinks you put into your body to go out of your body.   8. Ok, so this is a list of the products that have been super effective for me. I use acne.org's cleanser, followed by the treatment of the same brand, then the moisturizer. After the moisturizer, I either use the AHA or bio oil (purcillin oil). I do this morning and night. In the middle of the afternoon, when my face tends to get greasy and yucky, I use a homemade astringent (I just call it a toner). It consists of 1 part APPLE CIDER vinegar, 2 parts cooled green tea, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  9. It looks like you have a few acne scars (not severe) with some hyperpigmentation (the red spots). Hyperpigmentation usually goes away in about 6 months (i know, its a long time). That is why you cannot let any more acne come. Your skill won't be able to catch up with you.
