  1. I would say that my journey has been a success. I have had mild acne all my youth and even in my twenties. Then I finally went to a dermatologist, who prescribed me specifically made medication that I should apply in mornings and evenings. It cleared up my face. I'm really happy about this. It's still not "photoshop" skin, but it doesn't have any noticeable flaws.
  2. Unless you have allergies I don't see why there should be any issues with mushrooms.
  3. First hear of using shrink wrap...well you learn something new every day.
  4. Very important point. Would also like to know this.
  5. The site doesn't work anymore. A mirror maybe?
  6. Any clinical studies on this?
  7. This is true. There should be bacteria. It's the balance that is at question!
  8. The biggest issue with hair is balding. I heard that Accutane and some skin related problems can be related to hair issues such as male pattern baldness. I'm yet to see if it is true that Accutane speeds up hair loss in men. Currently saving up for a hair transplant, I don't want to live as a bald man
  9. Wearing make up for men is not a problem. People would rather see a make up covered spot than ugly acne. I have had no problems wearing make up. My gf doesn't mind and honestly, nobody can tell. It's not eye shadow you are applying, but just make up for skin. Why would you have any problems with this?
  10. I personally think one of the biggest mistakes is not going to a dermatologist first. Cosmetologists will treat the result and not address the cause. If you have serious acne, derm should be your first consideration.
  11. Turns out I was right by drinking water with lemon. I didn't know this helps skin, but now that I think of it, that was the time when my skin improved.
  12. I would like to know this as well, I haven't found much info on him. I hope it's not just some broscience, but a legit regimen.
  13. Anyone has problems with dry lips especially? My skin is fine, but the lips are extremely dry. I am addicted to lip balm. And it's not just winter, any time of year! Should I get off the lip balm and hopefully the lips will start to moisten themselves naturally or should I keep applying it when my lips are dry?
  14. Okay, can any males on Accutane please answer me this - have you not noticed any issues with your hairline or crown area? I know that some people claim Accutane has messed up their hairlines and accelerated male pattern baldness. I'm not sure if that is the case, but if someone does have this experience, please message me or just reply. I need to get at the root of this.
