  1. Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've been on acne.org, less than a year I think? but still a while to me. I didn't leave because I cleared my skin, in fact it was the exact opposite, I kinda lost faith in what I was trying to do and not seeing the results I wanted, and frankly, I just gave up. But I am now back on track, and working towards achieving a clear face, yet again lol. And this post is just to say hello, (shout out to wishclean ) I used to take a lot of different supplements

I'm finding it hard to find a mouthwash with no sulfites/ SLS, and I have been using one with tea tree oil. Also, are you still taking the raw green smoothie powder? I'm thinking of adding that to my regimen crest haha i havent really put too much thought into the toothpaste and mouthwash i use! i should whered you get the one with tea tree oil? and i try to use the raw green smoothie powder,

  7. no i do, just not as much everything i use is helping treat and prevent (both acne and scarring) i honestly just think consistency has cleared me up and a lot of water and believe it or not flossing and using mouthwash at night! has cleared up my cheeks a lot cause i would rarely do either, now i make sure to every night and my skin on my jaw and cheeks has really smoothed out
  8. HEY! Oh my gosh! I'm really just looking for an acne pal to get me through this! I hope I'm not a super mega creep or anything, but we should totally chat more! Yeah, with the zinc, sunshine, and eating healthier I feel better about my skin but it still bothers me. My boyfriend has perfect skin and only gets bumps from hair products! I was using tamanua oil for a few days, but I think that's breaking me out, I would like to blame it and not just my body. I dunno! Been having the weirdest breakou

  10. our story is pretty similar (even the boyfriend part hes across the country ), in that when i was eating healthy and pretty much paleo i still wasnt clear it wasnt til recently that im fiinnnaally seeing results! and its when i started being consistent with my vitamins and taking : zinc, fish oil, and vitamin c daily. vitamin c was the winner for me.
  11. Never tried dans AHA but what has worked for me is.. -Apple cider vinegar as a toner (diluted) -Aloe vera as a moisturizer -Vitamin C 1,000mg/daily
  12. I wanted to make a topic of all of the things that have made a drastic improvement in my scars AND red marks. I had been taking Zinc and Cod Liver Oil pills for a while but not consistently. I'm trying out the Paleo Diet and read in the book the suggested supplements and they were: Fish Oil, Zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin E. All of which are very beneficial for the skin. And Vitamin C seemed to be my personal missing link, as soon as i started taking 1,000 mg/day (500mg in the morning/500mg at
  13. hey girl! so i went to the doctor, and just like you mentioned here, she immediately said birth control! in my head i thought "noooo" but i just listened to what she had to say and she ended up giving me 4 months worth of beyaz, which i was supposed to start today, but im not going to. i also gave up the raw diet cause it was so bland and not filling. now im doing paleo and im actually enjoying everything i eat! eggs, chicken, beef, fruit, veggies, etc. the food is actually satisfying that i do

  15. Hey everyone. I've been MIA for a while, but felt like posting something today. Lately I've been feeling really depressed.. and stressed. My skin is always playing with my emotions, it gets better and starts to clear up, then i'll wake up one morning with 3 new breakouts. It's lovely. And i have excess hair growth on my face A little more than usual along my jaw and cheeks But I think thats because I moisturize at night with aloe vera oil and all the moisture is causing it? That's my a
