  1. Thank you for your replies,i have bought some probiotic yogurts today. I do eat quite healthy though already always cook from scratch fresh,only eat fresh food, i never eat ready meals or junk, i tend to live on meat and two veg meals pasta and rice all home cooked. i do smoke though my skin has taken a backwards step today and the anti fungal cream seems to have stopped working but it must have been fungal to make such a dramatic improvement when i first used it. it really has just confused

This post has just made my day, I am 40 and have suffered with spots for 30 years and nothing seemed to work then i got these horrible open sores that just wouldnt heal,after having several for around 18 months i found this thread. I went straight out and bought some Anti fungal cream and it has almost cleared my skin in a couple of days i cant believe that after all this time they have gone so easily. i am overwhelmed and so very grateful to you all for sharing your stories. Hello everyone, just introducing myself and why i'm here. i am a 40 year old woman who has suffered with spots since i was about 11, I went to the doctors when i was a teenager and had lots of different lotions,washes and creams. nothing seemed to work.
