  1. Congrats! I'm also clear after a year on the regimen! You're lucky you didn't suffer from scars, you're skin looks flawless!
  2. Nutrogena On the Spot sucks! That would probably be your problem. Idk what is with that product, but it's like glue. Once I switched to Dan's BP, my flakiness and peeling went away. It sounds like a lot of money to pay for one product, but it's defintley more cost effective and it works better! I've been on the regimen for 1 year and have gone through 3 of the 8 oz tubes.
  3. Wow thank you so much! This defitnley helped. I have oily/ combo skin, so do you think these would suite me well being that they left you a little dry? I'm leaning more towards Alba Botanica. Are there any fragrances in it, and did it irritate your skin at all? My skin can get pretty sensitive also.
  4. Hey y'all! I'm wanting to switch my routine to a mostly organic skincare line (minus dan's BP). What are your recommendations for a line that is affordable, and easily accessible? I don't want to have to order on line, but I will if it's necessary. I've been looking into Alba Botanica, but it's kinda hard to find the full line in stores. I've also been looking at Burt's Bees. Now that my skin is clear, I need something to treat the dark spots and give me some more radiance. Any suggestions
  5. Perfect for the Regemin!

oil free lathers nicely doesn't overdry packaging doesn't let you get it all out I love this face wash! It doesn't ovedry your skin, but cleanses it thouroughly. This is great for Daniel Kern's regemin since using so uch BP dries out your face. I also used this while on prescribed topicals and it was wonderful. It comes out like a gel, but work it together good so it will lather. There is no scent which is good because fragrance irritates my skin. It's also oils free and great for sensisitve ski
  6. Yes of course you can still put on makeup! Just makes sure your face is completely dry from the products before you start
  7. Try using a primer/BB cream after you moisturize, before your foundation. And also use a foundation appropriate for your skin. Avoid anything that says shine free, oil free, etc. those are meant for oily people like me. Anything that says luminous, moisturizing, etc would be good. Covergirl whipped cream foundation is good for people with dry/flaky skin! Hope this helps and good luck!
  8. Hey y'all! So I've been noticing that I'm gettin more and more blackheads along the sides of my face, near my temple. I have huge pores! I mean huge, you can probably see straight to the core with these things. So that's why I think my skin is more prone to breakouts. But anyways, what do y'all do for your blackheads? I was thinking about switching my cleanser to one with salicylic acid (as mentioned in my last post) I heard that helps with the little under the skin bumps and blackheads. I'd lov
  9. Hey y'all, Merry Christmas! Hope everyone is havin a good holiday so far! Here lately I've been gettin a lot of little bumps all over my face. Nothing in my regimen has changed in the past few months so I'm not sure of the cause. I was wondering if anyone has benefitted from using a salicylic acid face wash along with dan's regimen, and if you have seen any results. Good or bad. I'm thinkin that it will help boost my complexion some more. What do y'all think?
  10. Gettin random little breakouts :/

  12. Hey Yall! I'm approaching the bottom of my Olay face wash and I'm getting that "itch" to try something new. Sorry if that sounded gross! I've tried purpose cleansing bar, simple skincare gel cleanser (left me oily!); clean & clear sensitive skin wash and purpose liquid face wash (I'm somehow allergic to both). My main focus now is my improving my overall skin texture now that my acne is under control. My skin is oily; I have super large pores and hyperpigmentation. I'm basically loo
  13. I still get some breakouts after almost a year. I didn't start to clear up till my 4th or 5th month, so I'd say its normal. Unless you were clear, and are just now gettin a lot of breakouts, then that's most likely due to your dietary changes. I'm not a professional or anything, just guessing.
  14. Good luck girl! We are all in this together, and everyone is so helpful on this site! I wanted to quit SO many times, but with the help of my friends on here, I kept truckin on and I'm almost on my one year "annicersary" with this regimen! Hoping and praying for your success
