  1. Try African Black Soap it's worked wonders for me.
  2. I decided to go 100% natural after my Vi Peel and I lost all hope in chemicals and acids. I now use Nubian African Black Soap, Apple Cider Vinegar, Tea Tree Oil and Aloe Vera. Oh my god- I have never felt so happy and it's only been ONE WEEK.
  3. I've read good things about DuDu as well, even though it has a funny name in my opinion especially because how the soap looks hehe, yuck. My local store carries Nubian, which is why I got that brand versus others. Try it out!
  4. Seriously I thought so too. I had been using Epicuren products along with my Clarisonic (which I occasionally use with the Black Soap for an extra scrub) but nothing has cleaned my face like this stuff. It's a couple of dollars at a health food store and I thought, "I have nothing else to lose, what's gonna happen? I'll have more acne?" And I am SO glad I bought it.
  5. I want to share with as many people as possible my personal skin care routine. I have been living with light/moderate acne for 4 years and in this past WEEK I've cleared my skin 95%. I have one pimple, ONE. First off, I swear by doing hot yoga. I practice once a day of Bikram (hot) yoga. It detoxifies your entire body and you literally sweat out any congestion your skin may have. My skin was looking okay but I still had various pimples around my face that made me feel horrible until I started th
  6. I have no personal experience with any of those products I wish I could offer advice. Personally I have pretty light/moderate acne, nothing too serious, but obviously we all want that perfect skin that some people are just naturally blessed with. I've tried so many different skin care lines and dermatologist recommended harsh Rx creams and I gave up on them. They would irritate the shit out of my skin and made things more red and it just didn't feel right. I've completely shifted gears and now
  7. I'm a health-nut too and eat incredibly healthy and work out. I would definitely start out by cleaning all your weights and things you touch while you're at the gym. Also, since it's around your hairline I really think it's provoked during your workouts. If you find yourself wiping your sweat off your forehead during your workout, try to stop. If you go to a big gym I know those weights hold a ton of bacteria and you could be just moving them from your hands to your face, causing a breakout. I f
  8. We're all here for you and I've been staying updated with your posts! Honestly, try yoga. Just give it a try. I read earlier that you don't think you'd do it-- but seriously. Find inner peace and things will look better than they do now, because your outlook will have shifted. P.S. YOU NEVER TOLD US HOW THE DATE WENT!
  9. Hi! First off, your skin looks fine! A couple pimples, but hey it's life. I had a similar problem to you not too long ago and I've figured out how to stop it! I really like using all natural products, I tried chemicals and different skin care lines and the fragrances and acids in them irritated my skin. This is my 100% natural and organic routine that has made my skin 100% clear in the past WEEK. I use Nubian African Black Soap Bar 3 times a day (morning, post-workout, bedtime). I am s

    Vi Peel

I documented my Vi Peel to see how my skin reacted. In the beginning I was hopeful, then, as you can see, it really didn't do...well.. anything.

natural healing anti-bacterial smells fresh and clean moisturizes without clogging none I was reading the reviews listed before I decided to post my own review or not and I am shocked! *******YOU MUST DILUTE THIS OIL WITH WATER BEFORE APPLYING!!!!********* Tea Tree Oil is very potent. The reason why so many reviews say it makes your skin bright red is because they have actually burned their skin on accident!! :( dilute, dilute, dilute! I mix

Inexpensive Natural Leaves skin smooth Tones Dries out problem zits Evens complexion Smell during application Smell during exercise Smell of bathroom Smell of fingers .....The smell Apple Cider Vinegar is nature's perfect toner. Dilute it with water (I promise you'll still get results with a diluted version. If you don't dilute it, you will just burn your skin and aggravate your acne more). I personally add a couple drops of Tea Tree Oil
