  1. Whats your diet like? Wholesome? Whole foods? Have you consider an elimination diet? Possibly allergies? Gluten, Soy?? If you suspect allergies please keep in mind if you chose to eat animal products, that what they eat crosses over into their tissues and in turn you are possibly ingesting what you might be allergic to through your animal products diet.
  2. Vitamin B's and Cal-Mag along with a good wholesome diet will help so much. Follow my posts for more information. P.S. Prickly Pear cactus is wonderful also.
  3. you cant base how dangerous something is for you as an adult, by comparing the dangers it poses for unborn foetuses. im sure you've had a few drinks of alcohol in your time? birth defects happen because of alcohol too, yet its perfectly safe for adults to drink (within reason of course). as for Seanagins. using buzz words to sound like you know what youre talking about isnt going to fool anyone. did you know that everyone should consume at least 8 glasses of dihydrogen monoxide a day or else we'
  4. If you are going to get it prescribed and go through with it make sure to at least get Name Brand Accutane prescribed and not a generic. As generic manufactures can't be held legally liable for their actions. Pliva Inc. v. 6. You have no right to tell anybody that they need more substantial evidence to support the fact that accutane is dangerous and shouldn't be prescribed. All my evidence is from experience. All the others that I have managed to talk to have shared nothing positive about accutane. If you don't agree with this thread then you don't have to post. Please don't troll this thread when it was created out of good intentions to help people.
  7. uhhh Vitamin D3 is a toxin also!!!! I am currently doing research on it. For starters Cholecalciferol can lead to hypercalcemia, hardening of the soft tissues starting at the heart and kidneys. https://chronicillnessrecovery.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=223%3Avitamin-d-supplementation&catid=1%3Ageneral&Itemid=1

  10. There could be a connection to acne and gluten (http://www.naturalne...cne_health.html). Furthermore there have been university studies showing the correlation of gluten intolerance and schizophrenia (http://celiacdisease...hizophrenia.htm). http://www.acne.org/messageboard/index.php/topic/323439-oily-skin/page__p__3307591#entry3307591

  14. I'm not attempting to take place of your health care physician, but would like to warn you that if you start to notice any health problems to discontinue accutane. There are more options than accutane. Problems to be aware of are and not limited to Irritable Bowel Syndrome/Movement, Gastrointestinal Tract problems, and back problems. I really want to help you. Please follow my posts. I am not claiming that I can heal you magically or overnight, but I am not one to deceive or lie. I have no reaso
