  1. Hey everyone i have had this oily forhead with tiny bumps that feels dry for a long time now. I only use water at the moment and i was wondering how to get rid of it. It does not itch and it feels tight even though it looks oily. Btw. i have had many pimples on my forhead and tried tons of natural products
  2. Hey i am clear but now another problem i have is that people notice my face is yellow. I am 100% sure that its because of my huge vegetable/beta caroten intake. Also i take multivitamins which has twice as much as i need for one day. I've cut down on the food and stopped taking the multivitamin to try to stop it since i think its annoying when people ask me about my yellow face. I am just wondeirng how long will this discoloration long?
  3. I had the same mind as you. Thinking its all a big complicated thing. Really all you have to do is eat like you are born to. People from thousands of years ago didn't eat all the carbs and did not even wash their face weekly. Just live like you are supposed to and it will all clear up. Don't take the motivation from people by making them think its so complicated! You are supporting the over the counter product brands, they want you to think its SOOOOO complicated that you have to buy their stupi
  4. +1 no matter who you are, this will help any acne sufferer, watchout for the high zinc doses though!
  5. Hey quick intro, i promised myself and some other people that when i found the real cure of acne i was gonna release it to help as many people as i can. I was fed up and done with all the products i have tried, even lemons, coconut oil, olive oil, aztec clay mask and all those natural things seemed to help but i would still break out, also i had the most clean diet you can imagine, only veggies and avocados but i would still break out! Why? I now have the answer - my skin was out of balance so n
  6. Hello everyone i am on day 14 on the caveman regimen without washing at all! I have no acne at all my skin looks super good and has found its natural tone. I'm really happy and i think the cause of my acne actully was overwashing and a bad diet that contributed to the acne flare ups. I have not got 1 pimple since i started this regimen!!! I still have some questions. My skin feels dry and tight and i drink 1 gallon of water each day, drink at least 20grams of olive oil, eat 3-4 avocados a day,
  7. How do you wash your face with only water? Just read your sig. Can you come with some details? I wipe it with a damp cloth. Or in the shower I use my hands and the running water. 9. But if i wash my face now its going to feel so dry? I have not washed my face for 6 days now, i have never had better skin since i stopped washing! The acid mantle is a layer of sebum and sweat that is slightly acidic. If you wash your face with an alkaline cleanser you strip it away and it can take hours to restore during which time your skin can function normally. Unless you help it be applying an acidic toner like diluted acv. My face feels like it has found its balance now, its not dry o
  10. Or fructose malabsorption. You are right i have been thinking of that too, so theres fructose in carrots?
  11. That is awesome that you are so clear and that the hyperpigmentation has faded! Usually hyperpigmentation is prolonged with dry skin, so since your skin has been less dry it makes sense that you would see improvement. Since you have not been on meds for acne in a couple months, I would say 2-4 weeks to fully restore the acid mantle. Usually the skin rejuvenates every two weeks, but some people are different and it can take up to four weeks. You will usually know you restored the acid mantle as t
  12. Days 6, my skin has never looked better. I am going to do this for 1 mounth and see how it works. I started to realise that this IS the cure for my acne after 3-4 days where my skin changed DRAMATICLY (sorry for bad english lol) and i thought to myself. THIS is the reason why my face clears up when im at festivals! I am not washing my fucking face! I will come back and give you guys and update after week 2 i think. BTW: i use nothing at all. I dont wash or anything

  14. Okay so i have been clean for a couple weeks and i have not been eating carrots for 1 mounth because i have the feeling that it breaks me out. Yesterday i tried to eat 50g carrots raw and after being clean i actully got a small pimple (not really acne breakout) today. I am very confused what causes me to break out eating carrots? I also stopped eating fruits since i know forsure that it gives me acne. And the carrots and fruits gives me only acne on my chin which i know is related to blood sugar
