  1. I'm just wondering if there's a way to keep my hair/scalp clean after sweating and working out without having to wash my hair. Would it get dry if I just rinsed it with lukewarm water? I've heard water alone can dry your skin out...?
  2. The main concern is I don't want to have to wash my hair. My sister was on accutane a few years ago and it totally damaged her hair, Idk what her washing routine was, but I just don't want that happening to me. I'm fine with washing my body after a workout, but I don't want to wash my hair every other day, because it's started getting very dry and itchy and flaky because of the dryness Accutane causes.   3. Okay, I'm the creator of this blog, I'm new to this, so I have no idea what I'm doing or if anyone's going to see this, hopefully a lot of people will..
