  1. hmmm.. starting to see a few new developments- just when I was starting to think the regimen was full proof. But I guess nothing is. Hopefully these blemishes will clear up soon!
  2. So happy to hear about your skin! It's a great thing to finally beat acne! And thanks- I'm all about simplicity lol
  3. These 3 products are basically what keep my acne non-existent. B5 is a wonderful option for a lot of people (me included) but this second time around B5 alone was not enough to rid me of all my acne. Once I started my own modified version of the Regimen ( using the products in the picture) I finally was able to enjoy smooth skin once again. Step 1: I wash my face gently with cool water- and leave water on face Step 2: I lather the cleanser in my already wet hands and wash face very gent
  4. Skin is finally starting to get used to all the BP.. and acne is clearing- if not completely. But I can't help but wonder if all this BP is good for the skin long term :/
  5. all the time bro. And I think the solution lies within the quote itself: "I don't feel...."... with the emphasis on the "I". We are the ones that put that stipulation upon ourselves. And it is up to us to change the "I feel" part. We are our own worse enemy! And it takes a serious amount of positive reinforcement to outgrow that feeling. Hang in there man!!!
  6. So today I caught myself being dumb. No surprise I guess This whole time I've always been soo self-conscious of my skin- overly aware when people get close to me- in fact so bad that at times I'd switch sides with whoever so only my "good" side was visible. But tonight when I was out with a few friends-- I realized something when a couple of people were introduced to me- both girls. I noticed both of them had acne. But it was such a subliminal realization that I found myself only fully notin

  8. If it's been there for over 2 months then that sounds like some kind of skin growth-- like mentioned above ^-- keep in mind bumps or strange lumps of skin tissue can form after skin trauma (injury). Or... It could be a very slow developing boil- but normally they are symmetrical in growth- very red and normally painful. There are also various forms of skin tags you might look into. And worst case scenario (not to alarm you) it might be skin cancer. In any case- i'd advise seeing a dermatologi
  9. surprisingly, I'm seeing great results with the regimen (day 4 modified version). I'm only applying the BP at night before bed- and in the day only small spot treatments of bp. So even though my skin is flaking like a blizzard I'm gona stick with. Like I said somewhere before- I'll take flakes any day over acne. At this moment- I don't have a single active pimple. I couldn't be happier!
  10. enjoyed the above ^ read. but sorry you didn't get the results you were looking for. I feel your pain.
  11. day 3 on the regimen (or my own slightly modified version)... skin seems to be improving but my face is extremely irritated from the bp. i work at target so my red shirt matches my red face!!!!
  12. Yea I just picked up on this thread as well.. how's it coming? I've been researching the regimen for a while now and just decided to start about 3 days ago. Skin feels horribly tight and almost burned from the bp.. even after moisturizing oh well.. no pain no gain!
  13. I think its possible. But like others have mentioned.. whether its directly related towards the screen is unknown. But I had a similar experience: I recently bought a new computer and a new high Res screen about 3 months ago. Before those months my acne was non existent. About 2 weeks or less from using my new computer I had cystic acne..something I hadn't dealt with in years. Before I used a laptop.. but only for an hour or so a day and my face was never close to the screen. My new scree
  14. ... surprisingly no new bumps! even with a new job full of new stress and being well underpaid! lol.
  15. when I get bumps, 80% of the time it's below my bottom lip, much like yours. I wonder what the connection is...and where are all the smart scientists when you need them?!
