  1. Ok, Udate time! A week later my skin is looking better, but a little on the dry side as can be expected. I did have two pustules come to surface and they were sore but went away quickly. I did have a bump on my forehead which I wouldn't say was a cyst because when I did get cysts they lates about a week, and it only lasted about two days My skin is flakey which is expected but overall enjoying the product The total time it takes to apply though is a pain -_- but beggars can't be choosers.
  2. I'm 26 and acne sucks. I did a round of accutane and never finished because my Dr. said I was doing so well I didn't need to finish and because my liver enzymes werent bad , but neither were they where they should've been. I was on 40mg twice a day I believe. Anyway acne came back 8 months later I currently don't have insurance or else I would finish another round, instead I'll be doing the regimen. It arrived today and I'll be doing a weekly post with photos Acne sucks and I want it gone
  3. Forever bold. So that's it? You lose? Acne wins? No hope? Anxiety the rest of your life? Wasting your life by being your own prisoner to your mind and just feeding the monster by letting others affect you? What if you had a child going through this? Do you give up on them? You better answer 'NO', so then why give up on yourself. Why do you deserve this? Deserve less? why cry? Why depair? I asked myself all these things. I know I cannot say my acne is like yours. Your life is like mine ,but I'm
  4. No. if people dont want to hang out with you....why did you want to hang out with them in the first place? they are human waste.
  5. I saw this and felt I needed to post. I am 24 and over the last few years I developed serious acne. No one has out right said something to me , but when with my girlfriend who is very beautiful people have said things in passing by. "She's with him?" And other stupid comments.... You know at first It destroyed me. I had never dealt with acne before and to be an adult and have it? Really? It blows. And then I came to the conclusion that I deserve the fucking world. That acne is a test of who I r
  6. im getting big nodules and cysts (4 total) i think this is diet related and im going to cut out dair, gluten and lower my sugar intake. i dont have small acne or a lot of it. just in different parts of my face there are big red nodules ( one on my left temple and the other on mr right jaw line and one forming on my chin a little below my lip) . Im not ready to use benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics or retin-a adult acne isnt something you grow out of. i think its something happening internally o
  7. im gonna wash with water every few days for a 2 more weeks and see what happens. yeah the first exfoliation was pretty bad for me too. blotchy pissed off skin. My skin is starting to somewhat look better from that exfoliation i did 4 days ago. i know its tough but everywhere ive read says the water/caveman takes a bit to work :/ since ive been rinsing my face with water and i gently glide my hands over my face with water and its been better
  8. Ok so quick backround story, During high school I had no acne. around 20 (now 23) i began breaking out. Ive tried SA, glycolic washes, proactiv, ocm, and retin-a I have moderate acne, not a lot but when i do get acne holy cheezuz are they huge and painful. Im at ropes end and have stumbled upon this site...I dream of clear skin just like everybody else. so onto the current story. I've just passed my three week mark on the no wash/ water only regimen. The first two weeks no real break ou
  9. honestly do you think it was worth it? i have mild acne and to get clear skin that seems a painful long process. i commend you for being braver than I. That will be my last resort, but im glad to see it works in the long run
  10. i've noticed that they are smaller and heal faster. right now being on day 24 and after exfoliating I've got some annoying congestion on my forehead with a medium pimple, a small on on my chin and one on my cheek. My skin isnt looking its best but I've definitely had it worse. After exfoliating (maybe too early in the process) my skin is dry and oily but that went away after a week of leaving my skin alone. Im going to start over again and see what happens....So to be honest I dont know if this
  11. Dont wash! I just passed the 3 week mark the first week was easy, starting to get itchy, dry and a little flaking the second i noticed my skin was even toned to the rest of my body (cleansers made my face pale) no new large breakouts Just passed week three and i noticed congestion on my forehead where i never break out and a little on my nose I broke and jumped in the shower and exfoliated with a soft towel. came out and my skin was red, dry, SUPER ITCHY and pissed off. today its just dry
