  1. Sounds like the accutane is going well for you, thats great news. Thanks for the comment back its nice to hear someone in the same situation and dealing with the same frustration as me. I recently went to my derm and I was switched over to Bactrum from my other antibiotic. I talked to him about accutane and he said he wanted to see how my skin would react to the stronger antibiotics first. So for now I will continue with Differin and the new antibiotic and hopefully it will calm things down.

I always thought I would grow out of it and my acne was never so bad that it really affected me too much. This past summer it got much worse than ever before, cystic bumps on my face and redness. The regimen has helped get my skin somewhat back to normal. I find that while doing the regimen I am always stressing about my skin and waking up an hour earl
  5. I have had mild acne since middle school and after years of going to a dermatologist I feel as though I have tried every option out there, except accutane (side effects were very concerning). I am now 20 years old and this summer my acne went from bad to worse, cystic acne on my face and back. I always thought that I would grow out of my acne someday but it seems to have only gotten worse. I am constantly worrying about my skin and find myself constantly looking in the mirror. I know that stress
