  1. I've tried it for months and had a very strict diet (eliminating what you mentioned), it did not help me. People do notice my acne. Every week people bring it up to me. My acne might never fade away, as there are people that have permanent adult acne. Acne is a result of toxic build up in the body. Address the root cause not the symptom.. Where is the scientific proof behind this statement? Ignore the truth and live in ignorance like the majority of the world. That is an ignoran

  5. Done with this journey. Couldn't be happier.
  6. The area in the middle of my cheek.
  7. DAY 51 - My lips aren't that bad anymore, usually really easy to control, except for some days which are randomly really bad. I've been doing good not "picking/popping" Some just get really bad(noticeable/hurt), I try my best to not pick etc, only messed with like 3-4 past 3 days :/, hard to not do anything when you look in the mirror and see nasty acne.. My scarring is very noticeable now, I feel like that's the worst out of everything, still breaking out a reasonable amount, about 10 wh
  8. I've noticed the scarring a lot more, not so much inflamed, but very scarred. This worries and discourages me a lot. Does it really get better after the treatment is done? Male - 80/mg a day(40mg twice a day) - Day 51
  9. Basically I've done this 3-5 times, I've used my tongue and from the inside of my mouse pushed against the inside of my lips, and the head of the whitehead popped, is this okay? Question#2, how should I clean it after that happens?
  10. I've been on accutane for about 37-39 days now, I had the first initial breakout and it was extremely bad, then it slowly stopped got better, then worse, then better, then worse, and so on, and it's going back to worse, but really really worse.
  11. Hey there. Thanks I'll stop using oxy pads. For my lips I use aquaphor, blistix medicated lip ointment, and vaseline lip therapy, the three are a great combo.
  12. Day 36 Sorry haven't been keeping up on this. Side effects - dry lips, slight back pain, break outs, dry eyes(started today), easier skin damage. My face doesn't get oily anymore, the redness has gone down a lot, the acne is a lot smaller (white heads don't get as big) Got bumped to 80mg, 40mg twice a day. I see improvement, I've been on it for only 6 days over a month, so I know I still have a long 5 months to go. My question for you all, is it okay to whip a whitehead off
