  1. UPDATE: I stopped taking probiotics. After a few tests I have deduced that they were causing me to break out. I think it's because of my "leaky gut" I will try to add back in probiotics in a few weeks. I dont want to jinx myself, but my skin has actually been looking pretty good lately. I've been on a low FODMAP diet (look it up) and eating foods to help heal "leaky gut" intestines (bone broth and L-Glutamine powder) Also, I've been doing daniel kern-style face washing. I think th
  2. Something was wrong with either my pre-coked chicken or frozen vegetables because they other day I was having horrible gas (felt bad for people around me) and my face just exploded. I've been looking at white fox's posts. I just bought some chicken wings (frozen, plain), lots of canned tuna, sardines, salad, and brown rice/ quinoa. I know the last thing is off limits in some diets, but it's the only grainy thing that doesn't make me break out. I also just picked up some oil of oregeno. It's supp

  4. Update for anyone who's curious. It's been about 4 days since I started taking candex. I think it has imploves my face slightly. I have had small pimples coming up, but they are pretty small and not much pus filled. My face looks better than 4 days ago, but nowhere near perfect. I guess I should just give it more time to see how it plays out.

Green Gables, Ive been hardcore on the probiotics and probiotic foods for a week now and dont really notice anything. Did you take a candida-killing supplement too when you were going through this?

  7. So I have been having acne, dandruff, stomach problems (gas, pain) for a while (2 years maybe) more for certain things. I have taken antibiotics for acne. it didnt work. i have tried many things: vitamin combinations, oils and cleansers, and diets. i feel that certain foods make my skin worse, but nothing will actually make it good. Anyway, I have been going to this guy for certain "food allergy treatments". In a typical session, he can check if I am allergic to something with muscle testing. He
  8. Interesting. Ok I am now doing a 5-day fast and cleanse that I got from a vitamin shop around me (I don't think I'll make it all 5 days) Plus I'm taking a bunch of probiotics. What else can I do to make it work better? How beneficial would taking prebiotics along with probiotics be? Also, what are a few main staples of white fox's diet? How soon should I start noticing results? Thanks
  9. So this is my first post. I am a 21 year old male, and I have had moderate to very bad acne since I was a teenager. It's very bad now. I have been going to an NAET practicioner, but I feel like I am just wasting my money. He also told me that I have a weakness to yeast and hat I have some internal intestinal issues. However, he also told me I am allergic to just about every vegetable. I don't know what to do. I don't know what to eat. I hate living like this. I need advice from someone. I
