  1. I want to remove as much toxins from my body because I believe that the toxins are not getting removed from my body properly. I'm a 17 year old male teenager and I was wondering if this is a factor, or is it just puberty and hormones. I heard drinking lemon juice diluted in some water before bed is a good toxin-remover. Any ideas?
  2. If you leave your acne not completely treated, will they turn into acne scars or will they heal over time. I am a high school senior (17) and I have several hyperpigmentations as well as active acne and I just don't feel it will completely heal. It's probably my hormones but idk... Any hope?
  3. I recently read something that acne has to be treated within, so I wondered if my body was not getting rid of toxins properly. I'm in my teens (17m) and my hormones are probably raging, but I think it's the toxins that are not getting flushed. So my question is, what are some things to take in orally that might get rid of toxins/control hormones. My other questions is: When your horomones rage, do your toxin levels go up, or are they two seperate things? Thanks.
  4. The regimen works for many people but not everyone, and it didn't really work for me. It depends on your skin type and how it reacts to different things. In my case, I have noticed I have really sensitive skin because whenever I try something that says "may cause irritation" in the product description, it doesn't work out too well for me. Unfortunately, treating acne is a trial and error, so try different things (starting with BP) and if things don't work always go with natural. I have never
  5. I'm currently a high school senior (17) and I have moderate acne which is really bothering. Everywhere I go I have to hide my face in some sort of way, and I'm tired at looking at all those clear faces. Sometimes I think my acne will never go away... I'm currently approaching a more nature way to treat my acne, so hopefully that has some results. I'm trying to get to the bottom of what's causing my acne, and I took a lot into consideration but I couldn't find an answer. So I wondered if it's
  6. What some good vitamins, minerals, products to take in orally? It would be nice for it to have effects such as: sebum regulation, hormone control (teenager with raging puberty), blood cleansing, etc. Any ideas? Thanks.
  7. I guess treating acne is all about trial and error but hopefully this works for me. Thanks for your reply!
  8. I'm happy to be a new member of acne.org and I'm desperately trying to find solutions like everyone else out there. Idk, acne is just one of those really unlucky encounters and one thats really really hard to get rid of. I have tried many solutions but nothing really works, and I don't want to try things like BP, Accutane, and topicals that the dermotologists gives you. So I have decided to go completely natural. It worked for a short amount of time, but I noticed that it's just going into a cyc
