  1. i really don't have any, and i just copied it from some blog, may be its really pseudoscience., & yeah i think it is funny, but it really heads you off to the right direction especially on the diet.=))
  2. hope, things will work out for you again, I know that feeling,I felt that before and its really sucks, having been able to be cleared up after a year, and then the next thing you knew, its there again only this time its worse. Its like a trial thing, false hopes whatever, I did not go out for almost a month & instead I had my friends whom I am comfortable most, come over at our house, it did help me little by little to at least have the courage to go out again, I'm still having a hard time b
  3. honestly, i just copied it, from some blog i had red, but the good thing about it is that it keeps you on track, well as the last statement from it says, "This is just a general guide to head you off in the right investigative direction – just because you break out between the brows doesn’t always mean you have a bad liver." So as to your case, I know you have tried things, I am not really aware of, but acne really roots from a lot of things, maybe stress, hormonal, skin type, environment, but a

  6. I red about it somewhere.I am a nursing student and part of our discussion is integumentary system but Im not really sure in the part that overwashing triggers more sebum production. All I know is that twice-a-day cleansing routine is enough because if you exceed more than (unless it is advised by your derm dr.) it strips essential oils, drying the skin out, throwing out the natural ph balance of the skin. If this happens the normal flora of the skin or those bacteria that normally residing the
  7. Though your camera is low quality as you said, it is far better than mine believe me. I too had the hard time resisting the temptation on squeezing and picking them but got the best solution of avoiding those try to keep in mind and convince yourself that if you touch them it would just make things worst. Try not to focus on your nose area when looking at the mirror coz as much as you see them the more you tend to be tempted on picking them, especially when you are bored, so try to keep youself

it moisturize or hydrates your skin up to hours. It last from day to night. It is hypo-allergenic, fragrance-free and noncomedogenic and it is not super greasy. It does not really treat acne but it can help or support acne treating system, especially for those medications that can really dry up skin. I have an oily skin but still needs moisturizer just to support my acne regimen which dries my skin, and drier skin stimulates oil glands to produce more oil that could potentially worsen acnes. Som
