  1. My ratio i cant exactly remember. All i know is i had about half a bottle of castor oil, (about 5 ounces), with 1/2 olive oil and 1/2 safflower oil filled the rest of the way. Sounds like you have a nice diet! I may have been doing something wrong. Im not really sure. What i am sure of is Ive tried everything under the sun. Im getting so tired and frustrated of having to deal with this. Its been years now. Ive had very depressing days and i hate it when i have to see people. That makes it even w
  2. Good for you. My regime is similar but instead i do the steam room. Ive also been taking supplements from the health food store.
  3. I like your diet. Do you have scars? Youre on the right tract. Have you tried looking into Green smoothies or other natural vitamins and minerals that support the immune system. Check out your local health food store. Ive been taking supplements. They seem to be working. Everything works in the beginning with me for a little while so its too soon to tell. Ive also been drinking Green smoothies daily because i hear they're loaded with vitamins that are good for the skin. I mix up spinach leaves,
  4. Be careful though. If you have sensitive skin, (which you might otherwise you wouldnt break out,) the oil can lead to break outs. I used emu oil in the past for scarring and it helped for a while but those pimples popped back up out of nowhere. Btw ive also used aloe vera gel from a promising website and it did absolutely nothing for my acne. I was so frustrated and disappointed. However it did moisturize my hair but it left flakes in it. But my hair was fine, my face was the problem. Let us kno
  5. Ive cut out sugar before and it would still be there. Completely cut out soda, caffeine, and dairy. Switched to soy them almond milk. Ive recently start taking some supplements from the health food store. I see improvement but its too soon to tell. I will update later after i've given it some time.
  6. Haha i agree anything in the name of beauty. I have horrible skin but i make it look Flawless with a good concealer. I also have oily skin like you so i always have Clean and Clear oil control sheets on hand. And in the case when i do break out, usually its along my jawline and cheek area, never my forehead, i put a fake mole on it. This only works when its one break out though. Not sure if it would look right on the forehead.
  7. Ughh i know the feeling. I used the ocm a little while ago. It seemed to help at first but after about a week i continued to get break outs everywhere. I would use castor oil, safflower oil, and olive oil i think.. and i bought a facial steamer. At first my skin was glowing, but then my face was a wreck. I had high hopes for it but then again i beleive i have sensitive skin. What i started using was Cetaphil but i still struggle to this day. Im looking into changing my diet and nutrition. I hone
  8. I have the same problem with hyperpigmentation and i hate it. Heres what i do, i wash with Cervae hydrating cleanser, its very gentle and moisturizing at the same time. I used to use their regular cleanser with great success but my face would still look dry and flaky. No moisturizer at night, sunscreen/moisturizer in the morning. I use micro retin a about every other night because it makes me peel and does little to actually prevent the acne break outs. But they are cleared faster. If that makes
