  1. hey guys and girls. my name is tobi andd I'm from germany. I had pretty nasty acne when I was 17. My derm took me on tane. had a 6 months course. so acne went away completely. I'm 20 now and I've a pimple here and there because of my very strict diet and BP Gel. I have moderate scars from tane I think (initial breakout etc.). and here is my problem: I have very very oily skin and because of that my pores are getting bigger and bigger!   3. 1.Cookies - BAD! 2.Ice Cream BAD! 3. Boiled Meat - What kind of meat? red meat is BAD 4. Watermelon OK 5. PineApple OK 6. Candy(The one's that you suck not the chocolate ones) BAD 7. Baked Chicken Good 8. Potatoes OK 9. Pasta Brown pasta OK 10. Rice Brown Rice OK 11. Steamed Cabbage OK 12. Sausages not sure....
  4. oh man.....that is not a good diet. u have to eat more! u will probably have a lack of vitamins. add following things to ur diet: - certain fruits (apples,strawberries,pineapples,....) - eggs - meat! (turkey,chicken...BUT no red meat) - take brown rice instead of white rice - buckwheat - potatos - quinoa - oats (u can eat them with rice milk) - and many more..... don't worry so much about your diet! eat healthy. that's it.

  6. Is it because of the yeast? the wheat? the sugar? the iodine? what if I make my OWN bread without: yeast,wheat,sugar,iodine. ? This was my idea: spelt flour baking soda (special one) sea salt oats sesam et voila. is this healthy?? or is bread bad because of the way you bake it?

My diet is getting boring. so I decided to cook something new. here are the ingredients: at first: - mix spelt flour (is spelt flour okay?) with one egg, water and one teaspoon sea salt. then: - put some olive oil in a skillet and cook the "pancake" at last: - mix sauerkraut with onions,garlic,sea salt and pepper - curl up the sauerkraut into the pancake and roast it a bit in olive oil et voila! delicious! what do u guys think? is it a good meal?
  8. wow sweetjade. thats an amazing list! so...dried fruits are okay?? I think I'll add them into my diet. what about roasted nuts salted with sea salt? they sell roasted nuts with sea salt in my healthfood store. I heard roasted nuts is a big nono. it's because of the oil and salt(iodine) I think. So the nuts with sea salt and without the oil would be okay? thx in advance

  11. I think there is some effect on the skin. water is good for cleansing out ur body. I drink 3-4l a day. but filtered water is best.
  12. not all dairy is bad for u. organic yogurt & kefir are very good for your digestive system.
  13. what about taking milk thistle along with a healthy diet? is this an good idea?
