  1. For your carry on bag you are allowed to bring liquids/lotions/gels or aerosols that are 3.4 ounces or smaller. Technically it's suppose to be in a clear quart sized bag. So the limit for carry on is 3.4 oz items. Now if you decide to check your bag (when it goes under the plane) you can bring any size liquid/gel or aerosol item with you in the checked bag.
  2. Id have a lot more time and money lol. I wouldnt know how to act or what to worry about if i had clear skin.
  3. Ive been feeling good lately, i just have to try not to freak out when the breakouts start kicking my ass. Im never going to have perfect skin, i try not to let acne ruin my day.
  4. Stay positive man, you are not alone. The marks can improve or heal with time and the right treatment.
  5. The key with BP is to start off slow, pea size amounts for the first weeks. Slowly build up.
  6. Congratulations, isnt it amazing when you try not to obsess over every little detail how much happier you can be. I try not to get down on myself emotionally when my acne flares up, its not always easy.
  7. Anongirl9 you are not alone, many others can sympathize with the struggles you go through. Just like you I started getting acne when I was around 12 years old. Around 7th grade it started getting worse and then i had to deal with rude comments or jokes every once in awhile. Accutane might be a viable option for you but the side effects scare me.
  8. I've been doing the regimen for a few years now, the dryness is an up and down battle. I live in Ohio so when it gets cold outside my face tends to be very dry no matter how much moisturizer I use. If you are having good success then mabye like they said try doing the bp once a day.
  9. When I first started the Regimen the acne.org moisturizer would make my neck burn and itch like crazy. Thank goodness it went away after a few weeks.
