  1. I never really had any problems with my skin until last year when I broke out on my chin and jawline with mild acne. I had a lot of pimples and whiteheads, but thankfully no cysts, however my skin was still a spotty red mess. I went to my GP who prescribed me Duac Once Daily Gel, which cleared me in about a month. I was happy. I still had the occasional break out and whiteheads but generally my skin was fine, a little uneven but fine. So I stopped with the Duac and went about life. On a few occa
  2. Hi everyone. Last year I started using the acne.org regimen because of cosmetic induced acne/acne cosmetica. I had hundreds of blocked pores that hardly ever came to a head (except for a handful of pimples) and lots of red marks. My chin was very chapped, red and uneven. It looked a mess. I started using The Regimen and it cleared within a few months. So then I stopped using the regimen and went back to my normal habits once clear. I thought everything was great and my skin wouldn't go back
  3. Hey thanks to anyone who replied to my post. It's all very interesting to say the least. It's just that I'm a bit dumbfounded as to why there would be a connection to this and your skin. At the end of the day though, if it's working for you I wish you all the very best. I personally don't think masturbation can be the sole pupose of your acne, but it's possible (from what you're all saying) that it could be a factor. Good luck on becoming clear.

  5. I used a cotton pad to remove the make-up with the oil on it and then cleanse as normal, following with The Regimen.
  6. Hey guys, just a quick question. I don't have any jojoba oil to help the flakies when they appear, but what I do own is some baby oil (which is essentially mineral oil). I'm not wearing make-up anymore until I get this ance under control but I did previously use it as a makeup remover which did not irritate my skin and hydrated it well. Is there any harm in me mixing this with some moisturizer if I need the extra hydration?
  7. Thank you for replying. I went back and read a some more posts to educate myself on this. How is masturbation forced and sex not? If I wanna fapp I don't do it cause I'm bored and I have nothing else better to do . Sex can actually be forced because one of the parties might not be in the mood but will have it to keep their partner happy and vice versa. Good for you guys if you are enjoying no fapps and no acne... But it really doesn't add up for me or make much sense. I have tried to see your wa
  8. It's itchy because it's irritated. Definitely slap some moisturizer on to calm it down/sooth it
  9. Is this real life? Guys, you can't not masturbate forever incase you get an acne flare up. This seems a bit crazy if you ask me. What about those in a relationship? Are you saying that I shouldn't have sex because my skin might get worse? My poor boyfriend . You're all trying to ''stop'' yourself from masturbating then getting to a stage where you can't take it anymore then having a huge fapp then starting all over again. Absurd!
  10. Hey y'all So today is day three using the Acne.org regimen. There's a slight difference since yesterday - not much, but it's still there. The biggest change I noticed was between days one and two of using The Regimen. When I reach day seven I hope to up the dose of benzoyl peroxide. My goal is to be clear in three weeks. But I know these things take time and I don't want to jinx them, so I'll just say I hope to be clear in a month - if not, i'll persevere. I really do find it difficult to li
  11. I would not moisturize with only jojoba oil on it's own. I would add jojoba oil to a soothing moisturizer especially for sensitive skin. This may calm down the redness.
  12. Hey I'm 21 and your acne looks really similar to mine, on your chin leading up towards your cheeks. I've just started The Regimen and so far I'm happy. Let us know how you get on. Good luck
  13. I've come to the conclusion that my cosmetics have a lot to answer for regarding my acne. I've started The Regimen and already, and after only a few days, have began to see positive results. I've also not been out of the house in these past few days, in fear people seeing the acne when it's not covered up with foundation and concealer. I know that I won't be able to get out of this vicious cycle if I don't stop wearing cosmetics whilst treating my acne problem. How many of you still wear make-u
  14. I always thought my acne was hormonal because it's on my chin. But after using The Regimen for two days and reading up about the causes of acne I do not think hormones are 100% to blame. I think part of it is hormonal and part of it is caused by no real skin care and wearing cosmetics. I've also been put on birth control to see how it pans out with the hormonal side of things. Obviously you are male and can't go on the pill and you probably don't wear makeup either. There's a chance that you
