In Need Of Wisdom And Advice For My Scarring (With Pics)

Hey there, Austra! Long time, no talk. I most likely won't pursue any more treatments to reduce the appearance of my scarring until May of this year (one year after stopping my Accutane course). But when I do begin to undergo treatment again, I'll certainly post the results here on the 'Org. What options are you considering to treat your acne right now? -

How did your procedure go, Theng? The procedure went well. I had 47 grafts transplanted to my both cheek, some of them healed really well, they just flat like normal skin. But some grafts are raised looks like a little blister with circle mark. Donor site were pain in first 2weeks, maybe too much skin taken from there. I will have Erbium laser in Oct in order to even the graft with the normal skin. Cherry, from your experience. How long does it take for the redness to fade after the proced -

New To Accutane! Here's My Thread (With Pics)

Post-Accutane Update, 4 Months- Super-short update for this month, since I wrote my 3 month post-Accutane update a little late. I haven't noticed many changes at all since I made my last post 2 weeks ago. I have discovered that when I get stressed at work, I get a little oilier. About three tiny pustules appeared right before my period, which started this past week. Other than that, my skin seems to be doing great. -

Oh no. Going to take another course? no, because it did not help me. I also lost half of my hair after accutane. Too risky to try again. Hairloss is nothing compared to other side effects people suffer long term. Just look at the thread about negative side effects post accutane. I use dan's regimen, it helps. I'm glad Dan's regimen helps you. Do you ever get cysts at all? I used to get them all the time and BP never helped except when I tried it with Dan's products in the way he advices:

y do u cook it for tht long??? o.o usually when soup is being made at our home we cook it like ~30-40 mins (chicken + veggies) y soo loong? wht for??? :/ :/ :/ can u mayb also grind bones n eat them too btw? r they good for skin repair, colagen etc? The longer you cook it, the more nutritious and rich the broth will be. I would personally advise against grinding up and eating bones. But sometimes after I cook the chicken in the broth, I will eat the remaining knuckles off the bones befor -

Yeah, I will normally cut up a whole chicken, put it in a pot of cold water with a couple tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar for 30-60 mins, then and cook it on low for 8-24 hours. Then I'll discard the bones, and keep the chicken to use in soups or burritos or salad, etc. I'll also make beef bone broth pretty often (i cook beef bone broth for 24 hours on low). I maybe drink about a cup a day, more or less. There are days I dont drink any, and other days I drink more esp if I make soup with -
I'm now noticing just a little bit of oil production in my skin. Quote from my Accutane log; "The only real change I've been able to notice besides my joints making a full recovery since being off Accutane (Yay! I can work out without finding myself in excruciating pain, now!) is that I see a little bit of oil production in my cheeks when I get stressed. My job is fast-paced and stressful. Other than that, there aren't too many new physical changes to report". The jury's still out as to whet
