  1. i recommend sudocrem, it contains 15% zinc oxide which helps speed up the process for skin to heal.
  2. Wow, I can't believe I've never heard of this redness/irritation soothing cream, sounds incredible... has anyone else had success with this stuff?
  3. I would really appreciate knowing more about this as well. /bump
  4. Thank you so much, I will definitely try that. And I'm glad to learn the proper use of AHA+, it would have been a mistake to treat that one area with glycolic acid before it was properly healed and non-irritated.
  5. Hi everyone, I need some obvious help with my current predicament while using the regimen. I am about 5 weeks in, and I have seen very small improvements, but I am in the process of cutting back BP applications to once per night (if that) because there is a highly irritated red/dry spot on my right cheek. The weird thing is, it is no where else on my face and I've had problems there in the past, but now that I have been directly coating the area in BP 2x a day for the past 5 weeks (startin
  6. Hi, I'm glad to hear you are persevering and that speaks volumes for you character (I can definitely relate with many of your same problems and it sucks, but it gets better). I have never been a vitamin-taking kind of person and some incite would be much appreciated. Thanks! Nick

  8. Oh sry I guess some background on my skin. I have pretty oily skin but with conjunction of BP twice a day, it dries out fairly easily so I moisturize regularly and I'm considering adding jojoba oil to my regimen as well. Also, I've had mild, cystic acne since I was 15 and I just turned 20.
  9. Hi, for the past couple weeks I have been using the Black Soap and sticking to the regimen. I've been on it for about 4 weeks now and I'm experiencing a lot of redness and irritation as well as break outs. In your experience of being on the regimen for 13 months, how was it fitting the 2x a day regimen into your lifestyle while retaining a positive attitude with all this to achieve clear skin? I'm having a lot of problems, but i am more than willing to push through to at least the 3 month mar
