  1. Jeeez Dan!!! I hope you get an honorary pharma doctorate after all this work. Like others on this site, I want to thank you for the wonderful work you're doing. People as unselfish as you are very rare indeed. Looking forward to the moisturiser.
  2. Sugar is not bad for you. Like most things, it is only bad if used excessively.

    AHA

Dan says that as long as you are used to BP (have been using it for a few weeks) you are cool to try AHA. He uses it twice a day as far as I know. I would love to try the eucerin renewal, which seems to be the most popular AHA moisturiser, but can't find it here in S.Africa. So for now I stick with my trusty Neutrogena which is ok, I guess. If anyone knows of a reliable site that sells renewal and ships internationally, let me know.
  4. I have heard that a "deep cleanse" is supposed to be good. Let us know how it goes.
  5. Ryan, I'd like to think that you will agree that up till now I have been more than patient with you about trying to solve your acne problems. Do you realise that I am a real person devoting my time to your cause? It is when you post slanderous stuff like
  6. The free acne book can be found here Mercer - after a long love/hate relationship I became disenchanted with the lounge - which is a good thing because it was taking up a lot of time that could have been better employed elsewhere. I am just posting in the regimen and BP gel forums to help out where and when I can.
  7. Here are some pearls of wisdom from Ryan Valmont:
  8. Fair enough but I have been trying to help Ryan for a while now and I know he started the regimen without reading it properly or using moisturiser.
  9. Hey Ryan. You have been posting a lot in this forum. I have a question for you: when you posted that your face was very red, did you take the advice given and discontinue BP use until your face was fine again? You started this regimen without properly understanding it - you weren't even using moisturiser. Perhaps BP is not for you but to slate it the way you do is really not fair if you have not followed the instructions properly. Think of how many people have been driven away by your ill-i
  10. Take a look here to guage how long it has taken for other people to get their BP. I don't know if anyone has ordered in Texas but if it can get to the UK in 5 days (in fatman's case), I would expect your order to arrive quickly.
  11. Well played dude. I would also suggest printing out the regimen and sticking it up in your bathroom.
  12. You only need to treat the area that gets acne. If your forehead is clear all of the time, then you don't need to apply BP there. If your chin, say, is only clear some of the time but you would like it to be clear all off time, then you need to apply BP there all of the the time.
