  1. Have you tried it or done anything like that before?
  2. I stumbled across this peace of research about a week ago. I was pleasantly surprised to realize that NO MONEY was asked for by the creator of the website so I went on, read all about it and decided to share it with everyone here. The website is called acnedied.com and all of the information on it is very coherent. If you would like to know the causes of acne according to the creator of the website and/or check out any of the information available please visit the website mentioned above. In the
  3. I've done the regimen for about three months and I am in a clear/not so clear stage right now. I reduced the amount of BP considerably because my skin had a red crust over it that was uncomfortable, red and kept my face hot at all times, I am still using it very mildy though. I have also been changing mi diet CONSIDERABLY. Only veggies, fruits, proteins and nuts (mainly almonds and wallnuts) and my skin is a little better. I have had so many chages in my lifestyle lately that I really don't kno
  4. Do you think this approach would work for a guy as well as it has for you?
  5. Great, let me know. I am still on the regimen and it has worked really well for me. My goal is to eventually get off it as I am trying to discover the underlying cause of my acne and I think I might be getting close. If you are interested, what I have been doing is modifying my diet and I am going to do a complete body, gut, and liver cleanse. I think it will be very beneficial. I'll let you know how it goes.
  6. Thanks for your responses guys. joeyicecream I think that is a great idea; I am going to wait until my acne is clear and then deal with the marks; perhaps even give the aha a third try then. Thanks again.
  7. So I have been on the regimen for about 7 weeks, still breaking out but I believe there has been improvement. My problem is that for some reason adding steps to the regimen breaks me out I believe. When I started I was becoming super irritated from getting used to the PB as expected so I started using Jojoba oil and it took care of the flakyness BUT it broke me the f**k out. It could have been an initial break out from the treatment in general but I didn't want to risk it and I have not used it
  8. I have been on the regimen for 7 weeks and I am still having breakouts! Lucky you! Anyway; I've noticed the same thing on my face: Sometimes good, sometimes a little more irritated. I've come to the conclusion that there are three main factors that cause this. 1. Sun exposure. Absolutely brutal for your skin while you are using BP. I have this problem all the time and I know it sucks because it's summer and who doesn't want to be out there! Personally I try to avoid it as much as I can; howev
  9. Sorry for not replying earlier I haven't checked in for a few days. I know exactly how you feel. But I was actually reading some posts on the regimen and there is this very interesting post about the right state of mind that we should have while on the regimen. It gives realistic and hopeful feedback and one of the subjects that it discusses is the subject of timing. The person that wrote the article is very much clear by now using the regimen; however, according to her experience she still had
  10. I have been using the regimen since May 15, 2012 so about a month and a half. I notice that my skin is a little better but not significantly as for many people by now according to the reviews I have read. So, can anyone with moderate to severe (more on the severe side) acne that has used the regimen share their experience TIMEWISE with the regimen? How was it working for you by this time? (Month and a half or so), when did you see the most dramatic resuts? Did it work or not for you? and if i
  11. How long have you been doing the regimen and what results have you had? I ask because I started it a week ago and I seem to be doing well; however, I researched the products that you mentioned and all of the reviews were great. If you do end up changing the regimen let me know how it went, I might just follow your steps!
  12. It does absorb way better, just wait. You'll notice a big difference!
  13. Bro have you looked at the back regimen from the begining? It explains all of your questions and it may give you a pointer or two; there might be some videos availible as well but don't quote me on that. I am having the same problem, I just started p90x about two weeks ago and the floor exercises were irritating my back. I am currently on the face regimen and it's working wonders for me; I will start the back regimen as soon as my products arrive and let you know how it goes. Good luck!
  14. Thank you for this, I just started my regimen about a week ago and this is the kind of motivation that I need!

    Hi Everyone ! :)

I know exactly how you feel… I love going out too and particularly love to dance Latin music. My problem is that with going out there’s also drinking, going late to bed and all this factors affect my acne, or so I think. I know what you mean when you say that you want to hide and I am with you; but try your best to stay positive and keep trying to find what works best for you; I am currently on the same boat. Good luck! Btw You are definitely not alone!
