  2. Hey guys, little update since i randomly thought of this site. My face looks amazing now. Ill tell you what i do. I take cold showers now ( just started this) about every night/ every other night. And i let my face air dry cause towels hive me such dry skin its crazy. Whoever said once your pores enlarge they never close is an idiot. I woke up one day with my cheeks peeling for the first time ever.   3. Hey guys, i dont know what day it is but i found a little time to do this update. So my results: Dead skin is little to none. Acne is gone. Acne marks are at about 2 on my right cheek My skin is not oily nor dry. My pores are not visible anymore(Upclose they are, of course) Overall, im clear and i love it.   5. Little update: Dry skin is gone, i dont even get it if i rub my chin. One thing i would like to say is my face has a long way from becoming perfect without blemishes but jesus do i love being free of thinking about it.   6. Results so far: I dont get tired after eating anymore Skin is no longer itchy I sleep a lot lighter/wake up easier. I just feel better throughout the day(no pouts of laziness) I havent really seen a difference in my face, i havent gotten any real pimples in a month so i cant really say it doesnt work, but my overall health seems better.
  7. Also the caveman probably didnt use benzoyl peroxide or anti-bacterials(probably had other things to worry about than acne haha). Im doing this along with the caveman/water regimen and have no acne anymore, dont have to worry about anything and i finally look normal lol.

  11. My results so far are good i think. My legs aren't as itchy as they used to be. I get really dry legs during the winter and they itch like crazy but for the past 2 or 3 days they haven't really bothered me. When i wake up i feel alive. It usually takes me like a half hour to be actually awake but now its like 3 minutes. I havent had a stomach ache since starting this and am getting used to not drinking water all the time. Although last night i woke up and must of drank a gallon.
  12. Yeah yeah, i love it man. The only time i even think about my face since recently is when im on this website lol.. But yeah the only thing im dealing with now is the battle marks left behind but they will go with time. Im also using the eating thing where you only drink water 30 mins before or 3-4 hours after a meal. its working well to i think lol.
  13. Day 27: Yeah so its about a month since starting this thread. My acne is gone for the most part. I do not have a single pimple on my face. I am no longer taking any supplements or antibiotics for acne.. I dont do anything, all i do is take multivitamins.   14. Shit like this should get more views. This is good stuff im on day two of this(even though im clear already), yesterday i did this and did not have gas or chronic burping lol. Seems like it works by letting your stomach get the nutrients out of the food without it all being dilluted by water.
  15. Day 21: Nothing new to report. Dry skin comes and goes, but its getting less and less every day. it's not so much around my lips anymore but just on my chin. I got a cold over the weekend and was rubbing my nose so i got some dead skin coming off over there but only a few flakes. Acne is nonexistent. My skin looks normal, and acne marks fading quickly.
