  3. I use the 1.5mm Derma roller/stamp, I wouldn't use any lower as wouldn't see much improvement
  4. Hi There, I bought the Dr Roller 3 Line, 1.5mm Derma roller and the Titanium Needle Derma stamp 1.5mm from Ebay.   5. Hi There, Dermarolling/stamping and then fat-transfer, I'm not sure subcision would help. I'm not an expert by any means but I have tried: Laser, Subcision, peels, needling, Derma rolling/stamping amongst others. It's all trial and error really.
  6. Hi There, Looks like you have similar scars to mine, which look like rolling scars. I would say some Derma rolling and Derma stamping would help with some fat transfer. Did you already try any treatments? Your skin looks ok to me, but people say that to me and it's how we feel that counts. Hope this helped.
  7. Hi There, I have rolling acne scars, and have tried many different treatments. I had 2 laser resurfacing treatments which were ok but not a great improvement and left me with pigmentation problems. I have also tried Subscision and needling with the tattoo gun, again not much improvement. I bought a Derma roller and have done around 7 sessions and around 4 sessions with a Derma stamp.
